My family and I have been ordering from this domino’s ever since they were on Johnson drive. Years! Always had a very good experience. ALWAYS up until the last year. According to the new manager the customer is always wrong. I cannot express how unprofessional he is. The reason im posting this is because just tonight my wife wanted to give them on more shot, obviously against my wishes but she was craving chicken wings. Behold the manager answers ,puts the phone on the counter then hangs up on her after 2 minutes. Very rude after we gave him our number.
ALL THAT BEING SAID MARCO’S PIZZA WAS NOT ONLY EXTREMELY FRIENDLY BUT WAS CHEAPER!!! Sad because the domino’s is right around the corner from us. Sucks for them. So disappointed!

I’ve complained to the manager before about the pizza being overdone and burnt. Today, I decided to post a review with pictures. The pizza is really hard and dry to chew, and as you can see, it’s overcooked or burnt. I will not order from here anymore. Such a disappointment in food. It’s especially tough for children to chew overdone pizza that’s really dry and crunchy. It’s not what’s expected when you order pizza.

I order online and i kept checking the tracking order to see if it was ready an hour pass by and it said it was still in the “baking” and it said 12 to 17 since i order it. I decided to go inside and ask if it was ready and they said it was i told them that the tracking time is not accurate i went home with 3 cold pizzas i will not be ordering from this location i don’t recommend this place to anyone. I ask my cousin if she has order from this place she said yes and that they stopped ordering from there because they got cold pizzas again cause the tracking is not accurate at all .

Every online or phone ordering experience has been pleasant, easy and noted exactly as I ordered. Comes hot, with good timing, plenty of toppings at a great price. I love how I can track the process from “Start” to out the door for “Delivery” all the way to arrival, which helps me with timing to set the table. The delivery drivers are always friendly. (Specialty Pizza- medium “Extravaganza” and medium “Ham-Pineapple” both hand tossed)

Came in to order a quick pizza on the way home. The young lady working the counter skipped us and took the customer behind us first. Then after having us wait she seemed to have an attitude.
Customer service goes a long way. Be polite with people and if you inconvenience them just apologize for the wait. Simple and kind communication goes a long way. Or at the very least a friendly greeting.

Extremely burnt and greasy pizza. When we called to speak to the manager Mia she was rude and stated that they had “too many other deliveries to do” right now so she couldn’t replace the pizza. The pizza was soaked in excess grease. Super disappointed.
