My husband and I are obsessed with sushi Thai fusion! We have been going here for years, have tried multiple different places in Delray and this is genuinely our favorite place. The restaurant is clean, the staff is so friendly, they always remember us by name, the order is always correct and they don’t skimp on anything. The price is reasonable and the sushi is so fresh every time. We have tried their sushi, salads, soups, appetizers, fried rice, Thai dishes, pretty much all of it lol. They always deliver. We love Sushi Thai Fusion and their staff! I recommend this place to anyone wanting good sushi!

Stopped in while my car was being fixed across the street. Was greeted promptly and friendly. I ordered the lunch special bento box and it was so good!!! So many pieces of sushi for the price. Everything tasted fresh and it was delicious. If I loved closer I’d definitely come back!

This place is a real hidden gem, and I really don’t like that cliché term. But this is a place that locals know and go to. It’s cozy, quiet, it’s more the food than the atmosphere – the people that run it are friendly and welcoming and the food is exceptional.
They have a large variety of sushi and sashimi including cucumber wrapped rolls, a large array of delicious, fresh & creative signature rolls. There are too many to list – check out my photos and you’ll see.
This restaurant is well worth going with friends and family and trying many of their house recipes. They also are a great carry out option.

Update: I originally gave this place 2 stars, but after seeing how they packed my to go food, I changed it to 1 star. Terrible! There is no sauce left for my vegetables because it spilled everywhere! They put something very saucy in a regular styrofoam container instead of a plastic one that had a lid. So disappointed as the sauce is what makes this dish.
Waitress is nice and competent. The sushi is beautiful, unfortunately the flavors were just okay. We came in because of the photos posted online and everything we asked for could not be made because the chef “didn’t remember” what he put in them. The Ikura is definitely old as the fishy odor was very prevalent as well as the indentations in them. They were no longer a perfect roundness from being thawed too many times/left out too long. There was something in our sashimi shower that smelt weird also, not sure if it was the white fish or the imitation crab. The sashimi is served at room temperature. Hamachi and Salmon were decent, but the Tuna was awful. It was a very nice colored fish but was super dry and had no flavor. We told them and that was it. No suggestions on how to remedy the bad tuna situation. There was no offer to take it off the bill or anything to make us feel like they cared about us getting bad food in their establishment. And we weren’t just trying to get a free meal by telling them. We ordered a lot for just two people, so it would have been nice for them to offer on the one dish we said was bad. Waitress is very diplomatic and well trained in customer service; she tells you exactly what you want to hear and you know you’ll walk out and nothing will be done about your comments. The sushi chef was polite enough to make our sauces more tart versus sweet as we told him in the beginning that is what we preferred. The Thai food is definitely their saving grace. Much better than their sushi. We had the red curry with chicken and the eggplant basil with tofu. Unfortunately, we came mainly because of sushi/sashimi cravings and pretty food won’t get us back in the door.

While the service and atmosphere were very nice the food was just ok. Good portions and great deal for lunch but the food was clearly microwaved with pockets of hot and cold and bland. The sushi was slightly better and tasted fresh. Overall it’s a good deal and decent food.

Good spot hidden in a strip mall that does a lot of take out. We’ve been many times during the week around 5 or 5:30 and hasn’t been crowded at all. Huge menu, jam packed with different styles of food. Highly recommend the spring rolls as an appetizer. Pad See Ew and Pad Thai are excellent! Fresh veggies, well cooked and tasted great. Service is ALWAYS with a smile and very attentive.

The beef stir fry was very bland, they charge $1 for eel sauce when it should be on every sushi roll like every other establishment. Very clean bathroom and polite host. So there is that.
