Went thru drive thru today and ordered a Carmel machiatto with almond milk. What was given to me was water down coffee with milk. I couldnt make a return as I was on my way to long distance travel. Beware on their services. Check before leaving DD.

Very surprised at some of the negative reviews here. The people in the drive through are always very friendly to me. My order has never been incorrect. Sometimes there is a small wait, but also keep in mind that I go there on my morning commute during rush hour so a lot of people want their coffee! Any other time they’re usually pretty fast. Also, the server at the window bought me a donut for being cheerful, and I thought that was very nice!

Been going to this location for about 8 months regularly. Never had anyone mess up my coffee order. They are friendly and nice. Glad I found my coffee spot before getting to work every weekday morning!

Every single time you go here it’s a new, different problem. Drove up once, during the middle of open hours, and was told the place was closed over the microphone by the woman inside. Meanwhile she still helped the person in front of me, since they had mobile ordered. Just pulled up again, at 10 in the morning, and was told they only take cash at this time. Seems like a real joke to operate in this way. Highly recommend any of the other coffee shops with half a mile.

Absolutely horrible. New employees at the smaller drive thru location are so incompetent and rude. Every time go they mess up the order. I say 3x NO Sugar and there’s sugar. The croissant today was hard as a rock and half size normal crossaint would be. It was inedible could not give to my daughter. I went back asked for fresh one or something else they said had fresh ones. All they did was heat up to soften by time got home was hard again and threw out. I don’t like spending $ on things can’t even consume. Also it was pouring and took them so long everyone was getting wet because theres no enclosure. The line was all the way to Rt 23. I will not go back there and I’ve been customer for past 5 years spending thousands there and tipping well. Not worth the hassle the next one right after in the plaza is way better and better customer service too.

Worst Dunkin’ around. There has been a wait in the drive through every time I visit, even if there is only one car ahead of me. Recently, it took me up to 10 minutes just to get an unsweetened ice tea.. which they messed up as well by adding sweetener. On three separate occasions I have been given the completely wrong order and had to wait additional time to receive it.

Worst dunkin donuts ever. Honestly, if you weren’t located right in my commute, I would never even go to your store. The indian workers there can never get an order right. You would think that someone who’s been working there for years would know how to do their job. The new american people they’ve hired are much friendlier and can actually do things right. They never mess up an order and can get the order right the first time and not have me repeat the order again and get it wrong after I repeated it several times.

And yet another incorrect order! How hard is it to listen to the order being placed through the intercom? There is a true language problem here!
Apparently, based on other negative reviews, I am not the only one who has had issues at this location.
I ordered a flavored coffee along with a breakfast wrap and was only handed an unflavored coffee at the window. Not sure if management needs to change our take a course developing listening skills.
Expect to have your order screwed up. Double check your coffee and bag before leaving!

The manger Tanview (sp?) has been rude to me on numerous occasions. Also, they have put sugar in my coffee often even though I specifiaclly do not ask for it. Yesterday, in fact, they did it again. When I told the manager, he was very rude to me. He didn’t even apologize. Most of the other employees are nice there though.
