Stopped in for a quick bite. Service was fast, but the food was just ok. Didn’t have much flavor and didn’t seem very fresh. The food was served in pieces of random to-go containers, which I thought was strange. Based on some of the reviews, I expected a little bit better.

The building and service isn’t terrible, but my quesadilla was. It was packed with cheese, which some may like, but I was just chewing on gobs of cheese. I ate a few bites and couldn’t finish it. My wife didn’t want it either, so we threw my lunch away. My wife’s tacos were better, but not great. I added a photo of my quesadilla. Had to cut it up to try to eat it as it was so wet.

Rivera maya is much better than chipotle or Moes, which are both nearby. This place is special because of how much more authentic than the Mexican food places in the vicinity are. Prices are also very similar, if not 1 or 2 dollars more. Trust me, it’s worth it.

Not a full service restaurant but the food is good and the prices were very reasonable. Had been to the location in Branchville and was looking forward to a marguerita, but alas, no alcohol service here. Good place for a quick meal.

I absolutely love this place! The food is amazing, delicious, and the portions are huge for the price. The staff is really nice and gave me a free order of beans for the baby, she loved them! The Cuban torta is no way a traditional Cuban sandwich, but it was awesome! The home made horchata is delicious too and there’s this Apple soda we always get too!

The food is so delicious. I had a pork and a steak taco, authentic street style (tortillas, meat, onions, cilantro, sour cream, lime and radish on the side with their mild sauce) and it was so good. My only complaint was they were cheap with the sour cream and chrged extra for 2 lines of cream. But hey, its a business. I would definitely be stopping there again on my way back to NYC. Its worth the detour.

I don’t know how this place has any good reviews. They basically downgraded what were really good restaurants, into the Subway of Mexican themed food. If you don’t like good quality Mexican food, come here. It’s in a fast food style and the employees act like zombies. The cashier girl in particular with the nose ring acted like she was on hard drugs. When my mom was ordering food from her, she kept having to repeat herself because the girl kept asking the same questions after my mother had already clearly spoken to her. She looked like she was in a daze and strung out. She was spaced out and it took her forever to ring us up because of this. Very cold and unfriendly, but for some reason much nicer to the group of young men in line behind us. First of all, fix the food, it tastes like it has been left out all day because it probably has. It doesn’t taste ANYTHING like the food at their other locations. Then fix your staff because they are very offputting and unfriendly.

Great, authentic Mexican spot. It’s set up like Chipotle or all those spots, but with more choices and WAY better food. I go once a week or so, and the staff are all super kind to me. Totally worth visiting if Mexican is your thing. (Personal tip: AMAZING Al Pastor tacos/burritos. Worth having if you haven’t before)

A go to place for lunch. I think the best bang for your buck is the enchilada meal that comes with rice and beans. So, you get three enchiladas and you can have mix’n match the meat as you like.
I’m always in and out within 5-7 minutes and usually always do take out.
Staff is friendly and quick, the restaurant is always clean and has extra seating.
Overall, a great spot with quality food… No complaints.

Absolutely fantastic. I come here often. Actual Mexican food. I can’t go any place else any more. They do street tacos and they come with slices of lime. They have spiced rice and really authentic meats. I usually only get this good food at a better sit down restaurant.
