Loved the green thai curry and spring rolls. Definitely worth a try. Noodles were okay.
Staff is extremely sweet and very welcoming. Service is amazing. Value for money. Goof portion size.

This is such a spectacular Thai restaurant. Food was amazing and the set menu deals in particular were well worth it. Two of us ordered one of the menus each and it was a perfect balance of flavours and different Thai plates. Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in, the staff at Pinto made us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the whole dining experience even better.

The food was outstanding! The Massaman Curry was rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced in flavor – easily one of the best I’ve had. The Chicken Satay was tender and juicy, served with a peanut sauce that was absolutely addictive. And the spring rolls? Crispy, light, and packed with fresh, flavorful vegetables.

One thing I really appreciate is that Pinto also offers great vegan options, so everyone at the table can enjoy something delicious.

If you’re looking for amazing food, warm service, and a cozy atmosphere, Pinto is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back!

Odd place.
Above a Chinese restaurant, in what looks like a shopping mall. No clear signs outside, so got lost trying to find it.
Restaurant is next to a random butchers. Suppose it’s cheap rent.
Place looks like a canteen as others have said. Bit shabby.
Welcome and service was pleasant.
Ordered Thai peppercorn chicken. Sadly no real Thai taste. No Thai peppercorn visible. Was full of onions. Wasn’t unpleasant just not the best. Best bit was the fried egg on top of the rice, now that’s saying something.
Very quick meal.
In and out in less than half an hour.
Wouldn’t go back on a count of better Thai food and atmosphere elsewhere as the same price point.

I have been here quite a few times and had a very good experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. So delicious and authentic Thai food. The twins staff were very friendly. I would love to suggest mango sticky rice, its so good. It was an lovely experience, and would definitely recommend this place to others.

I’m Thai and I can say this is a little gem. Great Thai street food menu, you don’t usually see in normal Thai restaurants.

The food and atmosphere brought me back to street food scene back home.

I stumbled upon this place on work trip, I took my son back the next day.

Totally recommend Pad Pong Karee, Pork Rib noodles, Pad Ka Prao with crispy fried egg, Moo Ping, Kao Soi… Very authentic and true Thai flavours. Ooh and the proper Thai Mango and coconut sticky rice… Yummmm…

Was here solo early evening around new years ’25. I was probably quite early as there was only another table of patrons.

I tried their Pad Thai. The portion was just right and the noodles were well cooked, but it’s always disappointing when the menu says tofu and instead tofu puffs are found instead.

The Thai milk tea itself was nice and smooth, apart from the issue that it was 80% ice, as if the tea was there to complement the ice.

Service was friendly.

I love the concept of this restaurant. It gives more of a canteen vibe – the place isn’t fancy but the food is truly amazing and authentic. If you like eating at a place with no frills and reminds you of thai street food, this is the place for you. The mango sticky rice is phenomenal.

This has simply became my favourite Thai restaurant in Bristol (and believe me when I say we’ve tried a lot!). Personally, it does taste authentic just by the way they deep fried their eggs and the way they do their Nam Jim Jaew.

We ordered the Gai Yang (roast chicken) and Moo Ping (Beef skewers) to share for starters. Both came with Nam Jim Jaew sauce which was soooo addicting and flavourful (i added it to my main). Both the chicken and beef were so flavourful – the skewers were seasoned beautifully as you can taste the lemongrass seeping through.

My husband ordered the pork Pad Ga Prao with a deep fried egg and I ordered the beef Tod Gartiem with fried egg. It was so beautifully done and it tasted so comforting. I will be getting this again!

Then we shared the mango sticky rice – which I feel like you cant go wrong with. I absolutely loved my whole meal!
