I go to this Dunkin five days a week and I can officially say I will not be returning. I have worked in customer service so I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it is truly the worst Dunkin I have been to. The wake up wraps consistently come out burnt and the coffee seems to never be right. The blonde woman in the window is so rude and I have been there on more than a few occasions where they shut down the drive thru. When you go in the store you can hear her flipping out about how she is not waiting on customers until she finishes what she is doing and she has verbally expressed that she does not care how long they have to wait. That is completely unacceptable. If the food wasn’t absolute garbage I could look past the bad attitudes. There is one guy who works there who has a beard and he is very pleasant but that is the only saving grace. Disgusting.

Went in to order, and the system was down. Seems there is always something wrong at this location due to old equipment. The manager Greg, introduced himself with a handshake, and acted with pure professionalism and helped get me on my way. Definitely showed he cared more about customer satisfaction! The rest of the team has always been great as well! Thanks Greg!!!

The wait time this morning was a little longer than I would’ve liked, but the blonde woman in the window not sure her name definitely made up for it very friendly and efficient I always see her zooming around even when busy making sure everyone is taken care of & my coffee tastes great I look forward to it when I see her in the window haha I wonder if it’s rude if I specifically ask for her to make my coffee ?

First, hash browns should be cooked all the way through. It doesn’t take much effort …. Just throw them in the fryer and it literally does the work for you. My breakfast sandwich was really good.
Second, the absolutely disgruntled woman taking drive through orders should not be the face of your establishment. It’s the same blonde woman as the other review I’m sure. I’ve run a drive though in a fast food restaurant and yes, it’s hard but also you have to at least be cordial. I was inside waiting for my order and all I heard her do was complain about the people in the drive through, “it’s just coffee and donuts. Chill the f out”. Classy. Maybe the manager who was just standing around listening doesn’t care either?
Obviously I won’t be back and I know it doesn’t matter because Dunkin’ can do whatever the hell they want and people will just keep coming back. But there are other ones I will go to instead. The employee made me uncomfortable and I felt sad for the other workers who had to listen to her.

I work with a group of people that have disabilities. We go in Friday mornings to get their coffees. Greg wouldn’t even turn around to acknowledge us with his back turned we are only taking drive thru orders only. Absolutely no customer service skills he’s rude and I’m surprised he still gets hired places

This location could use some more employees in the morning considering how busy they are. 3 people (1 drive thu order taker, 1 making food/drinks, 1 taking inside orders) to handle the morning rush is crazy. Waited 30 minutes in line to pick up a mobile order. Food & drinks were good, I just feel awful for the 3 women busting their butts today.

Awful!! We placed an online order only to find one item was not available when we finally anrrived ant the window. … and they don’t do refunds so you have to call. Call who!? Dunkin is impossible to get through to. After over 20-25 min wait, we ended up getting only half our order! They forgot my sons donuts and several drinks! We were so annoyed we didn’t bother to go back and have yet to hear back from DD about a refund. A really terrible DD. 🙁 I felt bad for the young lady working there doing what appeared the best she could and they were slammed. But no excuse! We want our $ back.
