During our vacation at Massanutten Resort in Virginia, I ordered 6 medium pizzas for my large family. Unfortunately, we received 6 extremely thin pizzas without sauce from Domino’s store #4337 located at 14809 Spotswood Trail, Elkton, VA 22827. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re planning to stay at the resort.

I reached out to Domino’s and opened a case number. The store quickly got in touch with me to address our unfortunate experience. Because of their attentive follow-up, I would be willing to give them another chance. This location appears to prioritize the quality of their service. Thank you, Domino’s #4337.

Cant complain about the food its domino’s they all taste the same, the staff on the other hand close 30 minutes early and refuse to provide any service when they advertise they are still open.

We live close-by and typically love this Domino’s for a quick dinner if we don’t feel like cooking… last night we ordered two pizzas and while they tasted fine and got here quickly, it caused my husband and I to both get food poisoning. Unfortunately this is a possibility anywhere, but we expected better from this location that has seemed great in the past.
Also, we know undoubtedly for a fact the pizza caused our food poisoning, it was painfully obvious, unfortunately.

Idk what’s up with this dominoes but my card has been upcharged Everytime and this time bmt bank declined it and asked for verification. This was a Google pay purchase and funds were there but the bank kept declining it asking for verification. Last time I came here I was upcharged 10$ on a tip. Be safe people

We get pizza from here often and this dominos use to be really good but they have went down hill a lot. They don’t seem to like to put sauce on the pizza anymore leading to a dry pizza with bubbles. Tonight our pizza was so nasty our pizza loving toddler wouldn’t even eat it. The garlic crust on one of the pizzas wasn’t even on the crust it was on the cheese part.

The service was good in only like 5 minutes or so. They also have this cool dough station where kids can step on a stool and see how they make the dough for their pizzas. Also they have a big chalk board where you can draw and write. I got to sign my name on the board talk about awesome .
