Ordered a foot long for $12.49 . She offered to cut it in half . I said sure not thinking it would change my price to $8.99 x 2 because now it’s two sandwiches. Paid almost $20 for a standard no frills footlong no drink no chips .
It wasnt worth it . Won’t go back .. I remember now why I hadn’t been there for 4 yrs . The girl making food was friendly and accommodating the cashier was not and walked away before I could question the prices . And she knew I was questioning the difference. Just walked off . Doesn’t make me want to go back .

Placed an order got there 20min later still wasn’t ready and they were rude. Got home and the bottom fell out of the bag we lost $30 of food on the ground it literally busted open our protein bowls all over the ground. Called them up and all they could say is “We don’t make the bags” no apologies nothing. Said a manager would call me on Monday it’s Thursday never heard a word from them. Needless to say we won’t be going back there.

It’s really frustrating to pay for something and don’t get what you ask for. If you decide to eat here be sure not to order online because you run the risk of particular individuals not putting everything you ask for on your sandwich in hopes that you won’t noticed because you ordered your sandwich online. The only reason I didn’t bring the sandwich back was because I had to be somewhere but from now on I’ll be returning it.

Service with the younger girls are mostly terrible. One new girl is great but the others have attitudes and treat employees and customers very rudely. Also in the evening time employees sit at the table with no welcoming nor getting up to make my food. I would wrather drive to sapulpa subway.

Ordered on the app left instructions that was barely followed the instructions didn’t toast either sandwich when they was supposed to be toasted when one had bacon. The staff is rude when I come in and get irritated when asked to toast the sandwiches longer. Another time a worker got mad when I asked them to wash their hands.

Stopped in for a footlong for the road home, Buffalo chicken on white, double chicken with real mozzarella cheese, put it in the oven, they asked if I would like it in the oven a little bit longer because of the extra chicken? Yes, thank you! that was awesome service was awesome
