Ordered three meals online went to pick up order and somebody had took our order. store refused to remake our order or give us a refund. when I asked to speak to the manager and what the manager’s name was I was told that the manager could not give his name to the public and was very rude when talking to us. Also ask for corporate’s phone number and they gave a BS phone number that only works for store issues like the terminals not working and other store related issues. 0/10 recommend

What happened to customer service?
The entire staff prioritized to-go orders, with no acknowledgment of the 12 people in line as they complained about their jobs amongst themselves. It was apparent they didn’t want to be there! They were out of salt and pepper. What? However, The waiting customers were pleasant and patient considering the lack of customer service. I still tipped because that’s the right thing to do….But I won’t be returning.

Its your favorite sandwich shop, if you want a meatball with marinara and provolone or a chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich this is the place to go. So many options in a quiet corner lot in the Waverly Shopping Plaza. Clean facility with kind and courteous staff. If you want a healthy option in the middle of fast food central please stop by here.
