The inside of the shop was really nice and clean. They have a nice selection of sandwiches on the menu and they are very fast and efficient with the customer service. I definitely prefer them over Subway any day and worth checking out.

Tonight they left it at the door didn’t knock my food was cold they kept the 9 monthes ago place in porch never took it off never knocked and I have cold food and took 30 mins is not fast service and then while I was still talking she hung up on me the soda machines the soda is flat and ice taste bad

How hard is it to make a sandwich with a written note as to what is wanted? Forgot the extra cheese I paid for and smothered in oil no vinegar, the worst jimmy John’s I have ever gone to meat was all fat looked like the last piece. Save yourself and go down the road to subway or even best yet McDonald’s! Wasted 25.00 dollars unbelievable!!

I placed order at 1:00 pm. For 3 sandwiches. Have called twice as to where they are. It is 2:26 & still no sandwiches & literally we’re 5 minutes away!! Should have just picked up. Sorry to say, but please change your slogan, it’s NOT freaky fast!! Just cancelled the order. I called 3rd time, they said it was delivered at door, he knocked & left. No sandwiches on our doorstep!! Then the driver lied to *Zack* , the worker on phone, besides. So…this service doesn’t even register on the scale-wow!! They say my refund will post within 3 days.
