Bergie’s is truly an awesome bar to go to. Amazing atmosphere! HOWEVER, the older female bartender is HORRIBLE!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! She literally refused to SPEAK to people. Dead serious. She walked up and pointed at you. I asked for a Coors Banquet, she handed me a seltzer. I told her I asked for a beer. She flipped me off and walked away. Never took the seltzer back and I never paid. Left it on the bar and went back to my friends to dance. Went later and asked the male bartender with the beard for a beer, got what I asked for, and he actually SPOKE to me! Again, love the bar, but avoid that woman at all costs because she will kill your vibe and ruin your night. She did the same thing to every customer that I saw her serve.

A guy threw his trash in my face and then slapped my drink straight up into the air and security kicked me out for making him take care of his own drink. The bartenders were great but the 8 security people were just so terrible. Guy in the cowboy hat didn’t even have a horse tied up outside

Out of this world epic time here…great people, great atmosphere…great karaoke…by far best karaoke with any song you wanna sing. Crowds cheer ya on and drinks are tasty. In the summer has tables set up can take your drink outside in the breeze…and can walk over to casino to try your luck as it’s literally across the street. Best bartenders in town and offers a great selection of drinks and beers to choose from. Darts and pool if your not into singing with your friends.

Stopped here from out of town for some Saturday night Karaoke and was pleasantly surprised. The crowd was great. The bartenders were on top of their game with quick service. The KJ had an bit of an unusual system for maintaining the rotation that I hadn’t encountered before but he kept the crowd in it so that’s what is important. All around a great place to sing.

Karaoke is fun, however it’s ALWAYS busy and packed with people. You can rarely can ever get a drink. EVERY time I’m there, the male bartender is EXTREMELY rude and rarely ever has actual pants on. I’ve never seen him be professional and polite. Absolutely pathetic, I don’t know how he’s still employed, worst bartender I’ve ever encountered. I’ve seen bouncers completely ignore women being harassed. Overall, fun time if you’re into that, but on a professional note as a business, the employees are disappointing.

I am really disappointed in my visit here. We went here for my friend’s birthday to do karaoke and we went to the bar to order a drink. The bartender asked my friend what she wanted to drink and she began telling him only to get assaulted by him grabbing her birthday hat and pulling it off her head and saying “you’re not the only customer in here” then he began to yell repeatedly in front of everyone into a bull horn. Such an embarrassing and awkward situation to deal with on my friend’s birthday. Will not be back.
