I just went tonight to get my toddler and I some water ice, I ordered my toddlers first and said can I please have a kid size cotton candy and a small mint chocolate chip misto? And they scooped me a small size water ice not kids size which I don’t like to give my daughter that much she’s young and I said is this a kid size it looks bigger? And they said back rudely “no you ordered a small” no? I ordered a kids size for sure positive of it and they wouldn’t fix it wouldn’t charge me for a kid cup and were not customer service friendly at all. Shocking because I’ve never had this rude experience here!

My issue is with the flavor selection that is available to customers. I am a big fan of the Unicorn flavored water ice, however it seems to be more difficult to find than an actual living Unicorn. It is literally never available or on the menu and the even the staff has no idea when or if it will be available. From a customer’s perspective that is ridiculous!

Very quick. A long line quickly formed behind us as my family was ordering. We sat on the benches there to enjoy our treats and I watched how the Rita’s team “knock out” the line with ease. Many flavors of custard and water ice to choose from. They were busy and efficient! People left happy, including us.

Would it hurt to rotate the flavor options a bit? So many interesting flavors listed on the website that I’ve never seen offered at this location. I’ve never seen Dr. Pepper even once. I loved the Orange Cream cream ice as a kid but they never have it anymore (even though it still exists according to the website). New flavors show up for a week but then disappear, never to be seen again even though there’s advertisements up months after. Always the same flavors everyday and it’s boring.

The girls working there were friendly and quick. The watermelon flavor Italian ice was not bad, but I like the mango better. The soft serve is thick, creamy, and decadent. The watermelon tasted better when it had melted a bit and mixed with the soft serve. Big parking lot.

The “concrete” desert I just got didn’t even fill the small cup despite being $6+. Lines are crazy long in the evening to the point that cars have difficulty navigating the parking lot. Line extends straight out into the single lane space between parking spots so just not a great design lol

They always have 10 flavors of custard and an awesome selection of water ice! The parking lot is small and you have to go slowly to watch out for all the kids. Service is always quick and friendly!
