Drove thru CE for to-go 4 pc chicken pkg. By time I got home, French fries were old and hard. Also 4 biscuits were included and they too were so hard. It was clear to me that I was served food that had been setting out for quite a while and was actually unbeatable. Had to throw was most of fries and all 4 biscuits. Chicken was ok.

I actually ordered on door dash – thank you for being available that way and omg the food was amazing, fresh, crispy, still steaming and safely packed for door dash travel. The sweet tea is also sooooo good. I ordered as soon as opening this morning and my food was perfect and well served as well as quick!

Best experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in a long time. We can for dinner at around 5:30. There weren’t a lot of people here, but it was early and picked up before we left. The manager took our order. He made a couple of recommendations and I asked for one spice strip and the rest original. Our food was ready and at our table as we finished getting our drinks and it was excellent. I can’t say enough good about the manager here. He was friendly, happy, and talked with everyone that came in like they were old friends. Great place to eat!!

I went to chicken express no other cars in line. I ordered the hot bites meal. I ordered corn nuggets and green beans. I get home, no corn nuggets. I tried calling to avoid giving a review. I guess they have taken their phone off the hook. You have one job, do better!!
