Well this is my first time trying this Mediterranean Italian Spanish fusion restaurant. It was an opportunity for my employer since it was the holidays. The sangria was divine and delicious. They’re wagyu bolenese pasta was their specialty on the Italian side of the menu next to the other pasta with vodka sauce and marinara. The red sangria I had was fresh fruity and refreshing. Since this was the icebreaker to eating something I didn’t pay I would have to make this a bucket list to eat on one of the days that I’m here at work. Since the food was fresh. I wish they would do traditional ethnic but then again they call themselves Italian or Spanish thus the four stars. Service was very friendly among the staff and the ambience is very bougie and fancy. For dessert their mini churros was actually delicious this would be the second best churro since it’s not too sugary on the bread as well as when you bite. The tres leches was also delicious to a little more heavier but since I had the opportunity if I had to eat one or the other the miniatures is the one I would probably stick with the right amount of sweetness unlike the street vendor churros which has that gritty sugary taste when you bite

I had an incredible dining experience at Seville. I visited the restaurant on my birthday and overall was great! Foods were unique and exceed my expectation. Beef tartare was beautifully presented and I recommended you to order the Truffle Sacchetti and the fusion dish between Risotto and Paella, it was balanced flavors and cooked to perfection. Service was great, I forgot to ask the name of the server lady but she was so lovely! I love the cozy ambience and the dim lighting of this place. Will definitely comeback to try other dishes.

The pork sandwich I had was delicious! I took a party of 7 here for business lunch. We all loved it & I would not hesitate to go back. Great spot across the street from Willis Tower.

Great atmosphere with a welcoming, friendly staff. The manager personally checked in to make sure everything was perfect, which I really appreciated. I started with the mussels and clams—they were absolutely delicious, full of flavor. For my entrée, I had the steak with fries; the fries were light and crispy (not greasy at all), and the steak was seasoned perfectly with a really tasty chimichurri sauce. For dessert, I tried the tres leches cake. It was beautifully presented and had good flavor, though it didn’t quite capture the moist, traditional tres leches texture—it was a bit too dry for that. Still, it was enjoyable overall.

Really charming atmosphere and a great wine selection. Service was friendly. The paella was delicious but smaller than expected for $34. The duck sausage pasta and the strawberry tres leches didn’t really stand out. Still, a nice spot overall for drinks and a relaxed night out.

A friend and I went in for a quick workday lunch and we were thoroughly impressed. This downtown rooftop was sleek yet had a comfortable atmosphere that makes it ideal for a midday break. The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy and flavorful. Service was prompt and professional. Overall, a fantastic lunch spot that respects your time without compromising on flavor or experience. I’ll definitely be returning to try their other menu options.

We thoroughly enjoyed the food, ambiance and the service. The space is very sleek with an amazing rooftop. Very vegan/vegetarian friendly food that’s delicious. We got the roasted potatoes, truffle schatie, the roasted pinsa and a chop salad. Everything was great. Service was incredible. Excellent experience overall.

Went for happy hour today and loved the cool airy decor. Beautiful rooftop deck looking west – it was too hot and sticky to sit outside today though large and pretty. We sat at the bar which was sticky and you could see dirty plate and glass marks all over it which was an ick. The bartender finally came over after 10 minutes and acted like we were a huge annoyance. The happy hour prices were a great deal for food which was well prepared and served quickly by a professional server. Tried the ceviche with chicharrons, olives, pulled pork and prosciutto sandwich and all plates were solid. Most annoyed with the happy hour drinks at this Spanish small plates restaurant tucked onto the Hilton Canopy hotel. The beers were either from Italy or Belgium and the wine was an Italian Pinot Grigio which were odd offerings in this self proclaimed and named Seville, Spanish restaurant. It’s also odd that you enter off Franklin to go down a full set of stairs which are a fun turquoise color to go into the basement where hotel staff is rolling around dirty laundry to get into the elevator to go to the rooftop. It does avoid pulling people through the hotel lobby to enter but it’s an unneeded weird entry then when you leave and push ground level you exit through the hotel lobby. It’s was close to Inion station so an easy quick stop before jumping on the train home. Overall the thoughtful branding, pretty wall tiles, fun hanging lights and showplace bar is so close to being fantastic in so many ways and sadly ends up as a miss overall.

Came here for lunch with colleagues and found it to be a bit of a mixed experience. The croquettes were lovely with their golden crust and creamy filling, but the saffron crispy rice leaned too heavily on the crispy texture, overshadowing the flavor. The duck sausage pasta started off strong with satisfying bites but fell flat toward the end, as the pasta itself felt ordinary.
The timing was a bit challenging – there was an hour wait between our appetizers and main courses, which wasn’t ideal for a work lunch. On the bright side, the space itself is stunning – airy and well-lit, with nicely spaced tables that made it great for conversations.
