Avoid this dunkin’ donuts at all costs her coffee tastes like it’s s they’re always tasting burnt you asked for splenda, they gave you sugar the gas for decaf, they give you regular or if they don’t have decaf, they water down their regular I have seen them do it. do better or close down and your food tastes like a microwave for all the money we spend, it’s ridiculous done with this dunkin’ donuts boycott maybe you’ll be a big hit on tiktok.I’m thinking about it there’s a lot more things I could say maybe next time you go visit this messy place you’ll receive a cup of coffee that tastes like water how’s that happen I don’t know . Very anger staff . I asked to separate egg white from Big N Toast, because of my son had egg allergy and they can’t do it. I cancelled my $20 order and walked out . Hopefully owner knows how staff treating his customer In very unfriendly way. Front desk lady was nice and try to help but the kitchen staff is problem.

Liz (who was probably a manager) you get 1 star but because google is kind enough to give you a star. I understand we all have bad days but honestly if you are having one who shouldn’t be in the front like taking drive through and maybe be in the back doing something else. With that being said. I just went through the drive through to make an order to start with “can I help you” so I said good morning. She proceeded with can I help you ? Well dam ok someone might be having a bad day. No manners but it’s okay not everyone was raised with manners. As I said good morning to her she replied with a “ what do you want “. I said “one second the screen changed so I can’t see the menu.” I proceeded and said can I get a 6 $ menu. And she said on what. I said on a croissant as I was telling her no bacon she started to talk over me and ask ice or cold. I said did you hear that I said no bacon ? (Mind you she was talking over me while I said no bacon. ) I just wanted to make sure she heard me cause I can’t have bacon. She answer and said “ i heard you “ (in a nasty tone) and( a nasty attitude) I said ma’am. You don’t have to be rude ! Can you believe all she replied to what I said was “i heard you. “ I’m like you know what forget my order. Ima leave a review and she said okay? With a tone that she didn’t even care that her lack of customer service was so horrible. So Dunkin’ do better cause weather I buy 6$ worth of menu or 50$ customer service for everyone should be good. She didn’t even care that I was leaving a review and hey maybe it means nothing by and yall won’t say anything but at least customers know what to expect when coming to this location.

Some staff are great , others not so much. I order the same thing every time I’m a frequent customer, sometimes staff gets lazy doesn’t wanna change out the empty syrup then I’m left with this… I like mocha coffee…. I asked for 4 pumps barely have 2. I do also pay for extra. Most of the time I tip as well, so give what the customer pays for! Very frustrating…

This is the closest Dunkin to us and it was the best location I’ve been to so far! The staff were very kind and super helpful in their donut suggestions. Their donuts and munchkins were great, and their choco mocha drink was delicious! I am definetly going to this location again.

AM employees are absolutely wonderful. Evening employees, awful. Store supposed to be open until 8pm but two girls always lock the doors 7:40. You can tap, they hide. I needed to buy bottle of water to take a pill. Horrendous.

I have been coming here since they opened. The only reason I even still went is because it’s close to the parkway. It never fails the simplest order gets screwed up. An there is never the same people working they have the worst attitudes. They actually have the nerve to talk about what customers are ordering and question why they would want it with the window wide open. There nasty and act ghetto. I cannot believe no one has done anything about this. Dare to correct your order and they get mad. I understand having fun at work but there’s a time and place to talk about kicking the s*** out of someone not when your waiting on a 7 car line. I’m so disgusted by this place. I won’t go anymore. I hope someone gets in there and cleans that place up.
