Here’s the thing, the food was awesome. However that mammoth of a woman at the counter is very rude and the tone was awful. Walked in and she’s really told me, “you ordering?” wdym am I ordering? Obviously I want some damn pizza why else would I be in there, she also sits at a table the entire time. You need to let her know what youre there for or else she’ll just stay sat the entire time. Once you do let her know though she’ll get up and (slowly) walk to the counter. I think she sits the entire time because she can barely keep herself up. All the games are broken too, urinal doesn’t work. The only time she was nice was when she gave us our pizza, the smell probably raised her mood. I like the style yk looks a bit old fashioned which is neat but the place is so sad and the staff dont brighten it up either. My last order was Jan 13th and I plan on never coming back, maybe.

Went in a little while back, and while I do enjoy my occasional pizza from time to time, I have to say this Godfather’s was not it. The lady up front was super rude, and make sure you don’t walk in with a drink or she’ll make you throw it out. The restrooms were a disaste how do you lose a urinal? I will never know.
I’ve always been a big fan of Godfather’s Pizza, and while the pizza itself was amazing as always, it seems the staff lack any sort of professionalism. I also feel you shouldn’t be sitting on your phone at a table waiting for people to come in, then have a snarky attitude when they do. It’s not my fault you can’t stand for more than three minutes.
The inside feels like you’re eating inside a dust ball because, aside from people, nothing is on the TVs aren’t on, and any games they may own are broken. All in all, not a bad place if you prefer getting it DoorDashed

Hadn’t been to a Godfathers in YEARS! Had a personal pan supreme pizza. Pizza was just as good as I had remembered.
Place does need an updated remodel since the 80’s look is out but it is clean and in good condition.

Sense when has thin crust been the traditional here? Thin crust is thin crust. & when I called to ask about it the woman on the phone was very rude. Said it was my fault for not specifying & when I said she also never asked she preceded to say that she doesn’t have to. So either they have no customer service training or she was just being purely rude for no reason. – 10 stars for customer service & the taste of this pizza. Absolutely gross. Rude people. My family used to rent out their upstairs every year for Christmas but they have gone down hill so bad we haven’t gone back for at least 3 years. I will never eat there again & I’ll be sure to let every one I know how bad it is. 🙂

While we walked in the staff was talking and complaining to each other about DoorDash.Orders and drivers that they had to deal with. They did not greet us when we walked in, and continued their personal conversation and rushed us to order our food. They also refused to give any change so my kids could play their arcade games. Food was great.

The customer service was very good. The pizza was done on time. We ordered a large thin crust pepperoni & hamburger pizza with a side of cheese bread. The cheese bread was ok. Would be better with some marinara to dip in. The pizza was terrible. If they make this crust it should be scrapped and redone. It was like eating a frozen pizza crust. Not again. We love the Taco Pizza.
