Halal Kitchen and Wings is honestly one of the best food spots in Sugar Land! Every time I visit, the food is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Their wings are always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the burgers taste like they came straight off a gourmet grill. The menu has so many great options, and everything I’ve tried has been delicious.
I saw that one person left a really negative review, but after eating here multiple times, I can confidently say that their experience does not reflect the quality of this restaurant at all. Sometimes people have off expectations or just want to complain—but the truth is Halal Kitchen and Wings consistently serves amazing food and great portions. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the food is always worth the visit.

First off, the owners were both incredibly charismatic and warm. Fantastic. customer service. The food was spot on. Some flavors were surprisingly different than expected, such as the Southern Rub not being a totally dry rub wing and the Garlic Parmesan having a uniquely cheesy flavor, but it was definitely a pleasant surprise because they tasted fantastic! All the sauces were well balanced, not being too tangy on the buffalo for example or not being too sweet on the teriyaki. Shoestring fries were well seasoned and paired nicely. Overall, would highly recommend giving this place a shot, specifically for those Southern Rub wings. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Halal Kitchen and Wingeats is a fairly new restaurant (about 2 months at the time of this review). The restaurant is abut to the Sugar Land Ice and Sports Center. Interior of the restaurant is sparsely decorated, but still welcoming and clean.
I had the Sweet and Hot Chicken Sandwich combo meal. The sandwich was of a good size. The chicken piece was fried then marinated in the teriyaki sauce and hot sauce. It was mild spice and definitely good for everyone, including people who didn’t like spicy food. The chicken was not dry despite being fried. The bun was toasted, but the top and bottom of the bun have sauces on them, thus the bun wasn’t dry.
I loved their fries. Shoestring fries were perfect for easy munching. The fries were coated with salt, black pepper, lemon pepper, red paprika, etc. I could actually taste the slight tart from the lemon pepper. Amazing fries!
After my meal, I didn’t feel greasy like what many fried food will do to you. The owners were very friendly and courteous which made me feel very welcomed.
Parking is abundant. Their menu has a bit of everything. I will definitely try other food items here.

This Halal café and hookah lounge is a fantastic spot to unwind. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The menu features delicious Halal dishes and a great selection of hookah flavors. Definitely recommend it for a chill hangout!

Overall, this place was outstanding. The service was genuinely amazing as they asked us to review for improvements. That really showed me how they are committed to this restaurant and want it to be the best they can make it. Next, the food was delicious. The catfish was perfectly cooked and very flavorful and the cocktail sauce complemented it perfectly. The wings and french fries were also incredible. Those are just a few items that stand out to me, but everything we ate way very yummy. The portions are also very plentiful, which is great. They impressed me a lot because they have only been in this location for 2weeks, so I can tell they’re going above and beyond so far.

I was driving down Lexington Blvd near Highway 6, right by Sugar Land Town Center, when I noticed Halal Kitchen and Wingeats next to the Sugar Land Ice Rink. I decided to stop by and support this new local restaurant—and I’m so glad I did!
The owner was incredibly welcoming and kind, and the place had a clean, modern vibe. I ordered the double cheeseburger and truthfully, it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Juicy, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and stacked just right. You can really taste the quality and care they put into it.
And a great presentation!
It’s not easy to find a spot that nails both amazing food and great service, but this place does exactly that. I’ll absolutely be back, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to check it out. Support local—you won’t regret it!
