I went in there a couple weeks ago and walked up to the window with my fiance. We both got the same drink as me iced tea be hot the hot drink was luke warm. Mine was okay the girl serving us has long black or dark brown hair and was rude the whole time didn’t smile at us once and had a condescending tone every time she asked us a question. Went back today by myself in the drive thru and she just kept looking up and glaring at me while th blonde girl serving me had a very sweet smile and was very professional

I went to scooters a few days ago and the lady who took my order (which I found out later was the manager and I believe they said her name is Hannah) was super neurotic and sounded like she didn’t know what she was doing. She took forever to take my order and put it in the computer. By the time I got to the window she took forever, my drink nowhere near enjoyable, even though it was a simple caramelicious. She was rude and off putting. I don’t think someone like her should be managing the place whatsoever and it should be looked into. I’ve been coming here for years and never experienced this. I only have bad experiences when SHE is the one taking my order and or checking me out at the window. I don’t even bother going in the afternoons anymore because I don’t want to deal with her service. I have family that goes there often too and we have had the same experiences with the SAME WOMAN.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I was passing by and decided to give them a try. I ordered an iced coffee with peppermint and cream. My coffee came with more cream than anything. It is absolutely disgusting it left a chalky taste in my mouth!!
On top of that the girl at drive thru had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to tip her it was so uncomfortable. Just a FYI tips are provided for people who provide a service not a clerk I’m in a drive thru window. They don’t keep my drinks topped off or ask if I need anything else. Tips are based on performance.
Also charging $9 for a coffee is insane for it to taste like creamer!!

This is a great little drive through coffee shop! I wasn’t sure what I wanted because I’ve never been there before and the girl working the drive-through was very helpful in suggesting a drink for me. I got a large candy bar almond joy espresso drink and it is amazing. I also got the spicy sausage burrito which is also very good with the kick. The burrito was piping hot and is about the size of your palm so it’s perfect size not too big not too small. Definitely recommend going here and I’ll be back soon!

It was my first visit to scooters. I was actually quite excited. I went through the drive-through and the girl did not understand me for some reason as I ordered a hot oat milk latte, on the third try I think she got me. I also ordered some egg bites. Got to the window. They were all straightfaced and not nice. She repeated my order to me to double check it and they had blueberry muffins instead of egg bites. They corrected that. And I went on my merry way. The egg bites are awful, and the coffee does not taste good either. Very dissatisfying experience, unfortunately from start to finish.And oat milk latte with an extra double shot of espresso and two egg bites was over $15.

Got 4 cinnamon rolls and 4 drinks for myself and some of our crew this morning. $54. The cinnamon rolls didn’t have frosting. I asked for frosting and they put the tiniest amount on. I asked for more and they said they were out. Cinnamon roll pictured is the one that i kept for myself and had the most frosting. Will NEVER go back!

They’re not as good as they used to be. It seems that everybody is new. They make my simple hot mocha incorrectly about a third of the time. Today, it took 30 minutes to get my order of two drinks, and that was after repeating the order four times only to have it turned over to somebody else who could figure out what I meant by “small hot mocha.” Honestly, I’m going to look for a different place to do business with.

Super sweet young man (dark hair) waited on me at the walkup window. Awesome that he was wearing a mask and practicing safe Covid19 protection.
Simple iced cold brew and two iced chai tea lattes. He listed the milk alternatives (I chose Almond). Drinks were made promptly and were very good!
