Based on a recommendation of a friend I joined a four friends for a last minute get together. Based on the over exaggerated nature of my friend that gave me the recommendation I was expecting an average experience. I was wrong this restaurant went above and beyond. From the attentive staff making sure our glasses were never empty to the manager even stopping over to see how we were enjoying our meal, even the chef’s in the kitchen sending out our orders looking so meticulously prepared as if they had sculpted masterpieces to to be observed instead of consumed. In short the food, service and ambiance were all on point! Keep up the great work definitely coming back regularly!

I love this place! And I love midweek restaurant visits where it’s not crowded or loud. We ordered 2 rolls and an appetizer of calamari. 100% satisfied! They have a nice selection of specialty rolls that have fruit incorporated in them. We also had a yummy roll with smoked salmon. So good!

The food is great! Ordered takeout from the lunch menu, fish was fresh and presentation was expected. They gave a generous amount of ginger which I appreciate. Tried 2 special rolls, one of which came with a chefs special sauce which was quite tasty and fun to guess. They offered a discount to order online for either pick up or delivery. The only downside to online ordering is no option to pay via card so if you want delivery it’s cash, in store they accept card payment.
All in all good food, I recommend checking it out!

This place is extremely underrated. It may not be as posh on the inside as some of the nearby sushi places but it’s still quaint and trendy and the FOOD IS AMAZING. It’s affordable, the service was friendly and quick and the food was very fresh. I got the maki combo B, which came with an eel avocado roll, Boston roll and a shrimp tempura roll. The eel avocado and shrimp tempura were covered in a delicious eel sauce. I also got plum wine which was great and pretty cheap! They give you complimentary honeydew at the end of the meal which is a nice touch. I was really impressed. It’s like the best not so hidden gem of Bay Shore
