Not sure how long they will have the chicken and rice and the laksa but the chicken and rice was just about as authentic as eating at a hawker center in singapore. Excellent we loved it. The laksa soup was excellent but the noodles were little soft and not as satisfying. Although that texture is probably the way its supposed to be as that was very similar as ive had in singapore. Just a personal preference i prefer to have more chewy noodles.

Their signature trio shrimp noodles were great. We got the thick noodles and it was very tasty.

We would def go back for the chicken and rice but the signature noodles were very good also.

First time trying Le Shrimp after hearing my friends recommend it so much & I’m glad I listened! Came here for dinner on a Saturday around 7pm after shopping in the mall. Had a minimal wait (~5mins) to get seated. Ordering is via QR code but since the phone service & mall internet weren’t the best, we just placed our order directly via our server. I couldn’t decide what to order, but I ultimately opted for the signature trio (see photo). The food came out smelling so good, and it tasted just as good!

While I wouldn’t eat here on a regular basis, it is definitely great to have every once in a while when close by (or if you’re just craving shrimp noodles). I would definitely want to try everything else they have if I’m ever back!

First time at this restaurant. Very popular and usually there’s a line for a table. We got seated quickly for a table for 2. Very friendly staff but everything is ordered through QR code so the servers didn’t really check in on us except to clear the table. Food was good, but I didn’t find it extraordinary.

We stopped in Irvine on our way from LAX to San Diego to feed our baby and grab a quick bite. Near South Coast Plaza, we found a food court at Bloomingdale’s and decided to try a Japanese shrimp noodle spot.

We ordered a set meal with wonton shrimp noodle soup, spring rolls, and tea. The shrimp broth was flavorful, but the noodles were just okay, and the prices were on the higher side. The experience was quite chaotic as we juggled our fussy baby, and my husband even spilled soup on himself in the rush.

Overall, the service was great, and the environment was nice, but unless you’re specifically craving shrimp noodle soup, there might be better options around.

The first shrimp broth in the US The rich broth is absolutely amazing!

Highlights of the menu:
A1 Signature trio shrimp noodle
A2 Big prawn & braised scallion soy chicken (thigh meat) shrimp noodle
3. Egg for side dish
4. Veggie for side dish – the sauce is good!

A cozy place in South Coast plaza food court. The flow is fast so if you see a line don’t be panic. You can scan QR code for menu and ordering, very efficient system where they can use less labor and convenient. You can choose the thickness of noodles and if you want your shrimp peeled or not. Highly recommended!

I was staying nearby on a work trip, and stopped here one night for a quick after-office bite. The A1 Signature Trio Shrimp Noodle was everything I hoped it would be: brimming with collagen and umami, and studded with shrimp essence. All three types of shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the noodles were deliciously al dente. While I still prefer meat-based broths, I definitely wouldn’t turn down a bowl of this in the future. Especially when work is paying for it.

The shrimp broth tastes really fresh and flavorful. It’s advertised as an umami bomb and they really delivered! I would give a solid 5 if they got the ramen texture right. The noodle is too soft. Adding some chewiness would make it perfect.

It’s good for a quick lunch / dinner especially on a cool day. Their signature is really good if you are a shrimp person. You can also get the dry noodles instead without shrimp if you do not like the overly shrimp flavors.

The shrimp broth is flavorable enough by itself – even a vegan meal with shrimp broth is good.

Service is more courteous than expected after two times visiting here.

The broth here is intense…and depending on your pallet…that could be a good thing or a not so good thing. I love shrimp and the traditional broth was most definitely SHRIMP FORWARD. My husband could smell it was across the table. I think the first sip of the brother threw me off a bit but just ended up really enjoyed it. I got the crispy cod and it was so flavorful. My husband got the dry noodles with cripsy chicken and the noodles were so flavorful and the chicken was perfect. I would recommend trying this place out. The only big downfall is that it is small and there aren’t a lot of servers but still worth a try.

I like the shrimp broth, and the crispy cod tastes good. And I also love the Chicken broth with crispy chicken. These two always are my favorite, and Taco is nice too~!
