Horrible staff. I spent $10, and my sandwich had no meat. It was basically just vegetables. Both employees today were very unfriendly, although the brunette had a horrible attitude. I love Subway, but this is the worst I’ve ever been to. The sandwich was so bad, it looked like it wasn’t quite ready to eat yet. It looked horrible.

I had a wonderful experience at this Subway’s in North Augusta thanks to the beautiful ladies working Saturday 10/18 (4pm)! I don’t have their names but they were pleasant and courteous. Their positive attitude and great customer service truly stood out. Subway’s is lucky to have such a hardworking and kind employee—thank you, ladies for being so pleasant, it’s rare nowadays but this is so appreciated by people who, like myself, work with customers too! Thank you for having such good attitude!! Oh, food was good too!

Got 3 footlong subs and 1 six inch sub. Along with chocolate chip cookies and i made 3 of those sandwiches into combos. First they skimpy on the veggies and when I asked for more they were like that’s all we can put on there. Then they cut the footlongs before putting the ingredients on them, which one of the employees said, oh we always do it this way. Then the chocolate chip cookies had an aftertaste of either handsoap or some kind of chemical. The only good thing was the sweet tea and chips. We go to different subways within the CSRA and out of town, but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. No other subway cut their footlongs before putting everything together so it falls apart when you take it out of the oven, then to just put a small amount of ingredients on there as well, literally only putting 4 slices of small tomato or 6 pickles on a footlong. And the cookies tasting that way that I can’t even eat them. Yeah not ever coming to this subway again.

They didn’t have any cucumbers or banana peppers but didn’t want to tell me that. They also put sweet onion sauce on a spicy chicken nacho wrap, what?? They also on that same wrap put creamy sirracha when we said we didn’t want any. And our cold cut sandwich we said less mayonnaise but they slathered it in mayonnaise.

Workers do not change gloves and this location is very unclean and the workers are very unprofessional. Meats and other items are spilled into other containers and the food prep area is visually unclean. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Terrible!! Absolutely horrible. My mom ordered from DoorDash and when we got our food there was only tuna and cheese on it which is not what we ordered. If you don’t want to be at park then quit. That doesn’t mean you just throw something together because you’re ready to go. Absolutely unexceptable

this is the subway my crew frequently visits. I typically order 5 foot longs all with a massive amount of customization. I was able to seamlessly via the app do two orders (didn’t know 2 additional people were coming) My crew loves the Hot Shot, Meatball, and Ham subs. There’s almost always a promotion going for some discount either the 6.99 sub or 17.99 for 3. This subway has renovated and definitely improved so much! All of our sandwiches were perfect, from the “less Ranch” and “more lettuce and less spinach”. Our food was ready before we arrived and the staff was quick to acknowledge us. The only thing is their bags SUcK! 2 sandwiches or 5 the bag handles rip. Even with the staff telling me by the time I get home I forget and pick it up and drop the sandwiches. Super yummy and hit the spot on the hot day without breaking the bank.

Person making subs today must be new because it took her a full 5 minutes to slice the roll and put the meat and cheese on it. It was the same for every customer in line. Why is the lettuce always brown?
