We get pizzas every week and today I decided to add a salad. The spinach in the salad was brown and slimy looking. Surely the person making the salad can see the quality of the vegetables going into the bowl. Nobody is going to willingly put that in their mouth. Rule of thumb: if you wouldn’t eat it you shouldn’t serve it.

My wife and I went into the store and ordered two pizzas, clearly specifying no onions due to allergies my son and wife have. When we got home and prepared to cook them, we discovered onions on both pizzas. My wife asked me to handle the situation, so I called the store. The owner asked me to bring the pizzas back and offered a refund. Keep in mind I didn’t ask for one this was his resolution.

However, when I arrived, his wife had issues with processing the refund. She cited theft concerns, explaining that they frequently have people taking pizzas without paying, though she maintained that she wasn’t implying that about me. After some back-and-forth with her and her husband on the phone, he claimed that I had not purchased my pizzas from their store and outright refused to refund me. Instead, they suggested throwing the pizzas in the trash and offered no solution to remake them.

I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time, so it was frustrating to be treated as if I didn’t know which restaurant I had been frequenting for years. While the owner’s wife was polite, she continually misgendered me, referring to me as “she,” despite my attempts to correct her. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional that she kept doing it. Overall, this experience was not what I expect from a business I’ve supported for so long.

In the end I felt as though I was being called a liar or a thief which I did not appreciate nor do I appreciate her husband wasting my time by asking me to bring these pizzas back into the restaurant only to be told that the best they could do is throw them in the trash and ask me to leave without being made whole. The wife claimed that their system wasn’t sophisticated enough to track an order from the previous day and in my opinion there is no place into today’s economy for a business that doesn’t keep accurate records and then passes the blame and loss onto their customers instead of taking out of their own pockets.

Needless to say we won’t be returning to this location. After all there are a dozen other Papa Murphy’s in the valley so I’m sure one of the will be more than happy to gain our business.

Here’s a picture of one of the pizzas. Not only were we not able to eat it because of the onions but it certainly did not look appetizing and was slopped together. There’s more crust than anything else on this pizza. Very disappointing.

Stopped in to pick up a pizza and garlic knots for New Years Eve. While they were preparing the pizza the employee checked me out. I paid using my debit card. A few seconds later he said their machine did not go through and had me do it again. The second time he said it worked. I left with the items and when I arrived home I checked my bank account. Papa Murphys had made two charges on my checking account, one for $19.34, the other $29.00. I immediately phoned the store and at first said they could not issue refunds, and wanted to “write my name in their red book” for a free pizza in the future. I advised them I never came in to that store as we did not live near it. The girl then said she would have to phone a manager to see if they could issue a refund. Later she called me saying the manager was going to issue a refund right away. A day later no refund issued, and now I will need to get my bank involved. Be very careful getting food here, something is not right!

Didn’t realize this place sells unbaked pizza. If you’re reading this, why are you ordering unbaked pizza? It’s no better than a frozen pizza. Probably the dumbest business model I’ve ever seen in my life.

They should invest in an oven and, I don’t know…. BAKE THE PIZZA.

And there’s a tip option that’s default set to 15%? They don’t even bake the pizzas and want a tip?

The fact that there’s a market for unbaked pizza blows my mind.

When I got there to pick up the pizzas, someone else had taken my pizzas. The person in charge was super nice, he remade the pizzas right away and they were excellent.

The cheeseburger pizza (comes with pickles onions and tomatoes) was a big hit with the kids. And the taco pizza (which has refuted beans in the sauce) was delicious. Never disappointed with this location. Always clean and always friendly.

We got the jack o’lantern pizza for Halloween and it was so cute! (See photos) But even better, it was delicious. I love this pizza that is made fresh right in front of you and taken home to bake. This time we also got the s’mores bars that you also take home to bake. (Fun idea for when you need to take dinner to a friend.) This location is super clean, the employees are friendly and helpful and my granddaughters love watching them make our pizzas!

Holy Batman! These pizzas were so good! I’ve never been here before but I will be back! I love that they could make the pizzas to order (the chicken Thai without dairy was so good and it meant my husband could have pizza.) I chose the gourmet vegetarian and it was equally delish! And the staff was so friendly and helpful!

Using their website is easy to use I always enjoy earning points to help save a little money the next time I order pizza for my family or friends. The free was correct and tasty. The value is right on point and the staff at this location is great, and treat me like a family friend. Love this location.

I walked in to order a pizza as my attempts to order online for this location wouldn’t work. I was greeted with “Are you Emily?” I quickly realized that Emily is someone who they were waiting on to pick up her pizza as they seemed annoyed that I wasn’t she and still had to wait on me. I came in about ten minutes before closing and on a Friday night, I didn’t realize they closed at 8 until I was rudely received. At any rate, they took my order and I asked if cookie dough was still available and if I could order some-I shouldn’t have to ask if it was still available but that’s how they made me feel. I was told no it’s not available any more at this time as he looked at the container across the room. I took a seat and then noticed 3 cookie dough containers on the shelf behind their curtain. I could have reached in and taken what I needed and would have been happy to take it to the register since the worker was unwilling to do that. It’s offensive to me that he wouldn’t wait on me knowing cookie dough was right there and must have decided I didn’t deserve what I wanted because it was close to closing time. Sadly, I was excited to make cookies with my family tonight. Not that it was a huge sale, but the company lost money tonight because I was not allowed to order cookie dough and more so because I won’t be returning. I work in healthcare where I would never dream of denying anything to a patient, and especially just yesterday when a family member was not expected to live. I just simply can’t imagine why giving a customer another item they requested at a pizza store is such an ordeal that I am told no. Customer service is what has died sadly!
