I love Marco’s generally but my order is consistently overcooked or incorrect at this location. Tonight I ordered a fiery old world pepperoni pizza on cauliflower crust and added salami. There was no pepperoni though I was charged for that pizza plus the added salami. Also, if that was truly reaper cheese as advertised it was not spicy AT ALL. It was the last time I can order from them.

8pm was our pick up time. Order wasn’t ready until 8:25. Staff not concerned about delay. Laughed when they realized they forgot salads. Just not a good experience overall.

Kids got out of school early so i took the lazy option for lunch and ordered Marco’s for delivery. 2 pizzas and 2 sides. Order was correct and arrived about 20 minutes earlier than the original time given.

Was a bit on the greasy side and they messed up my order. I didnt look inside the box when I picked it up and when I got home i realized they toppings was wrong. I asked for Italian sausage and pepperoni and they gave me 2 forms of pepperoni it looks like. Didnt feel like driving back there 10 mins then have to wait another 12-20 mins for them to make the pizza again so I just ate a few slices and threw the rest in the trash.

30 mins, just to pick up pizza on a Thursday, not to mention 2 HUGE bubbles were there are no toppings. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time and you should too!

BEWARE – Poor Quality and they don’t care! Been ordering from this location for years and although we’ve had issues in the past they have always made it right. This time our pizza took almost an hour to arrive and was cold when it got here, not the end of the world but also not what we paid for. When we called to get it resolved we were told that the best they would do is a $10 credit – no option to resend a fresh hot order, no option for a full credit for next time. When we questioned the policy we were told that they were under new management and had strict limitations on what kind of concessions they could offer. So basically, be prepared to spend some time with your microwave unless you want to pay to place another order which will probably arrive cold also. We will be calling to speak to General and District managers but most likely will not order from Marcos again. Buyer beware!
