Owner was super nice, friendly, and enthusiastic about his food. We came to dine in, and it was well worth the wait. The chicken tasted so fresh and flavorful, I haven’t had BBQ like that in a long time. The sides were amazing, and the portion size was more then enough for the price, my family was completely full after eating. After a full day at Universal, this is the place to eat!!

A pleasant surprise. I was craving bbq and Ubereats delivered. In offered the chicken and rib combo with 2 sides included. I also ordered the garlic shrimp and an additional side. Everything was cooked to perfection and I mean everything. My sides were the mac and cheese and collard greens… Excellent sauce as well

I had my bf try this place out with me one time and I NVR heard the end of it. Lol, my bf was heated by how long his food was taking just for it to not be delicious. Sadly, the place was run down and we were concerned with the cleanliness… Then there was a customer talking about something unnerving that had the whole store side-eyeing her.

This restaurant has great food and the food is seasoned very well. The homemade BBQ sauce is the sauce that make the food spark! The only complaint is the collard greens is missing a tad bit of seasoning but overall every other side and entree is awesome! I’ve had the chicken & rib combo, the New York steak, ribeye steak, and shrimp scampi and the quality is amazing. The food is very affordable compared to other family owned restaurants in the area. Also, you can order online instead of waiting on a long hold to place an order. This mom & pop restaurant is truly a gem and I will continue to patronage this black owned business. Please stop by and grab your next dinner because you will not be disappointed!
