LOVE IT HERE. Never disappoints and I Eat it every pay day and sometimes in between! Love the convenience of Hibachi with a Toddler!

We get the Trio with NY strip spicy with Diablo Fried Rice + the combination chicken and shrimp spicy with Diablo fried rice. Highly recommend!!

First off, the food is phenomenal and the sauces they offer are excellent. I tried the hibachi burrito on my first visit and it definitely did not disappoint. It’s big and packed with flavor.
My only gripe with this place is how insanely expensive it is. They charge the same, if not more, for a hibachi plate as you would pay at a sit-down hibachi restaurant where you get the full in-person cooking show. Since they operate out of a food truck, it’s hard to understand why the prices are so high when their operating costs should theoretically be lower than a traditional restaurant.
Don’t get me wrong, the food is great. But because of the price, it’s more of a special-occasion spot for me. If I’m being honest, with how expensive it is, you’d expect to get a bit more food. It just doesn’t quite make sense paying close to $40 for a steak and shrimp plate coming from a food truck.
Overall, I do recommend it because the food really is good, but just be prepared to spend some a lot money. At the end of the day, it is still a food truck and if your going to spend that much, go to a sit down spot.

Habchi Noodles is a must-try! The shrimp and chicken noodles were cooked perfectly and packed with amazing flavor every bite was rich, savory, and satisfying. The rice was just as impressive: well-seasoned, fragrant, and incredibly flavorful. You can really taste the care put into the food.

What truly sets this place apart is the customer service. The atmosphere feels very family-oriented and genuinely welcoming, like you’re being hosted rather than just served. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure the experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

Great food, great people, and a place I’ll definitely be coming back to!

Had a blast celebrating our elopement with friends and family thanks to Mile High Hibachi! Manny was a fabulous chef and a great time! They set up and took everything down very quickly and were prompt with timing. Couldn’t have asked for a better night.

I ordered one the one meat option, no mushrooms. It took them around 25-30 minutes to prepare my meal. I’m pretty sure ny order got skipped as they came to check on me and asked me my order number. My meal had shrimp and beef mixed in with my chicken so they have poor quantity control. With no mushrooms the vegetables were: Zucchini and onion. Cost: 25.00. A long wait for overpriced bland food is the exact opposite of a food truck meal to me. I will not be getting food from them again. It was a very disappointing and negative experience.

Place recently got a lot of play by local foodie influencers. And once again, the influencers got carried away in their acclamation so they can get free food.
The prices are exorbitant. And I’ve been to places that are expensive and overly expensive but this place is really overly expensive for what you get. I don’t mind paying a bit more for really quality experience. This isn’t it.
I got the chicken shrimp combo. The chicken was overcooked and dry. The shrimp undercooked. Flavor was good but nothing special. Same with the fried rice. It was good but the meal which ran nearly $30 is something I could have easily made at home and given it a little more ooomph or picked up at my neighborhood Chinese place for half the price.
Overall good but not sure about the 5 star reviews and isn’t a place to drive for but if you’re in that neighborhood and the really good neighbors are busy, yeah it’s a decent meal and the people are nice.

Definitely recommend this place!!! Yes it is a food truck and it is a tad more expensive. But it’s totally worth it and it’s nothing like I’ve ever tasted. I got the steak and shrimp burrito. It was so good!! The staff was super friendly. We were even making jokes with the cashier. And it only took about 20 minutes to get our food hot and fresh. It was such a big burrito that you could literally only eat half and wanted to say the rest for later, had a friend come in from Houston Texas and we’re actually grabbing some on the way out so they can take it back with them.

The weather is perfect tonight so we decided to dine alfresco (we sat on the stools on the side of the truck just below eye level with windows into the action). The company tonight was perfect too so we sat, holding hands, watching the street action and the sky change colors while we waited.

I got the steak burrito and my husband got the chicken and shrimp combo bowl. Seasoning, texture, flavors and balance were all delightful. I loved the whole lot wrapped up in a grilled tortilla, the only tiny drawback being the tortilla. It didn’t quite hold up to its stuffing and I ate a lot of my burrito with a fork. Which was still a delicious way to eat it!

First timer here: Mile High Hibachi is an absolute MUST in Denver.

I grabbed the shrimp & steak hibachi burrito before a massage appointment, and honestly… it might be one of the best things my mouth has ever experienced. Perfectly cooked steak, juicy shrimp, insane flavor, and everything wrapped up in a way that somehow tastes indulgent but not heavy and did not make me feel bloated. Every bite was packed with flavor — no fillers, no bland bites, just straight-up hibachi magic.

It was the perfect pre-massage meal: satisfying, flavorful, and left me thinking about it the entire rest of the day. If you’re even considering stopping by, do it. And if you’re not considering it yet — you should be.

Denver is lucky to have Mile High Hibachi. I’ll be back. Repeatedly.
