I placed an order for my students to reward them for Great behavior during the qtr. They were so excited when they saw the pizza boxes were in the room! After eating and cleaning up. They came to my desk with a pledge on their own to stay quiet and do all of their assignments until May. I could have cried. Because of the generosity of this restaurant, a bridge was crossed today! May this restaurant continue to prosper and stay blessed . The pizza was hot and delicious! The Capone sauce is out of this world! Delivery on time as requested the previous night when I placed the order and they brought plates and napkins.

My family eats Romeo’s 2-4 times a month for maybe two years now. We love the sweet sauce and Cali tomatoes. Tuesday is great value with BOGO on app. Patrick and his crew produce quality pies at best price point in Clintonville. Even got delivery to the community center for a tie dye bday party! Romeo’s is groovy and worth and try. See yah next week!

I placed my order at 8:49, it was supposed to be delivered at 9:19. I was babysitting so I was ordering this pizza to someone else’s house.
By 9:45, the pizza still had not arrived so I called to ask for an update. They said the driver was out and should be there within 10 minutes.
By 10:05, the parents arrived home so I had to leave. At that point I just called and asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund. To their credit, they gave me the refund easily.
The parents texted me that the pizza ended up showing up at their house around 11pm ♀️
So it took two hours to deliver a single small pizza ♀️ Really disappointed because I’ve been a Romeo’s stan for years. The sauce is the best in the world.

Love this place! Prices are great and food is always fresh, hot, and phenomenal! Staff are always friendly and always go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I always feel welcomed and feel like a “neighbor ” instead of a “customer “.

I got 5 tradional mild hot wings and a small pep pizza thin crust.
The wings…eh, idk I didn’t really care for them. I mean they were fully cooked, sauce was alright but I didn’t like the squishy thick skin. I know they can’t help that. So not their fault. Wings were all different sizes some huge, medium and some small.
The pizza was good. The sauce is sweet in my opinion but no overly sweet. Pizza was delicious. The guy who took my carry out order was very friendly, welcoming, and Profesional. I ordered 4/3 around 10:46 AM. He explained it would be a bit of a wait due to lunch deliveries but its was only 30 mins which I expected anyways.

I truly wish I wasn’t writing this right now because it has forever tainted being able to eat Romeo’s let alone any take out.
Friday 6/7/24 my friend orders a Romeo’s pizza from this location and bring it back for 3 of us to eat. We eat it immediately within 5 minutes of it being picked up since we are in the area. After we ate a couple pieces we noticed fly larvae MAGGOTS on top of the pizza (if you don’t believe it look up). After gagging over the toilet friends boyfriend called the restaurant. The situation was explained to the shift manager and he insisted he couldn’t do anything and to COME IN the next day?? Is that how this situation will be handled having the people who are already inconvenienced to have to come in? We said we would like to speak to the owner within 24 hours which they said they didn’t know when the owner would come in but they would “try” to have them call us. Really no urgency to amend the situation. We said we could provide pictures. NO CALL BACK. For a situation this serious and disgusting you would think the owner would want to reach out and amend this situation.
This place clearly has a food safety issues if there are so many flies that they are landing on the food and literally laying their larvae. The bigger issue may be the management.

Preparation was quick, the food was delicious, and Patrick was super friendly. I could share a photo, but it would just be an empty box.
