Don’t go here if you expect value or good customer service. The crew actively acted as though they didn’t want to be there. The portion sizes are not worth the money. It’s false advertising to offer a family meal for $20 and charge $26 + tax. No offer of sauces, no napkins in the bag, they didn’t even tell me the total until I got to the window. If you read my other reviews, you’ll see I try to be positive and understanding that fast food is not the most fun job out there. The mix of having several menu items not available, having crew members who don’t really care about their job, and the quality of food for your money. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Taco bell, Arby’s, or if you want chicken KFC just up the road would be much better options.

We use to love Popeyes went today got the butterfly shrimp. That were smaller then popcorn shrimp. 6 little pieces, got 12 piece chicken and they are very small. Suppose to get bisquits and we got none. Also ordered extra gravy which was good. But since when do they not put gravy on the mashed potatoes. This is just wrong This was our go to for chicken. And I don’t know if we will be back. Paid $60 and it was definitely not worth it. Very disappointed.

Everything is fresh and hot! The woman behind the counter was friendly and acknowledged everyone coming in whilst gliding between drive and counter. The restrooms were clean. I was beyond pleased with this location.

Muslims becareful, They gave me a food today, Beans and rice as side dish in combo. And when I tried it, I felt like there is pork in it. Later I checked online, and yes it was containing Pork in it. So be careful. They didn’t know I am muslim. It’s not fully their fault. But, still We need to inform them, I want nothing added pork in it. It was my first time there, and the experience might not drive me there anymore, ever.

If I could give negative stars I would. The worst customer service ever! I placed and orde for three items one of them being a chicken tenders and popcorn shrimp. I checked the bag before leaving and accounted for all the items. When I got home I realized there were no chicken tenders. I called the store and the manager said I was not charged for the chicken even though I ordered it and if I wanted to go back to the store and pick it up they would give me the chicken. That’s it. So while my family eats one of us has to drive back across town for two chicken tenders. I am furious. I tell my husband to take the shrimp back too because it’s cold and most of it was just hard batter. I wanted hime to ask for a fresh order. So the manager, who refused to provide just her first name, said she would not replace the shrimp and gave the two chicken tenders and said that’s all she was gonna do. That she gave us the two tenders without charging us. She acted like this was gonna come right out of her check. The inconvenience alone is worth more than 2 tenders not to mention the gas and time and now cold meal being eaten after everyone else is finished. I am just old school I guess and have always hmgine out of my way to make sure others are well taken care of. I just know that there will be a time in the future where this lady is treated just as poorly as I was and I and had about that. But just another let down with the current attitude. Not sure good customer service exists anywhere these days. Popeyes on Main in Longmont has a crew working that has shown me doesn’t care about providing a good experience and creating a return customer. But why would they? We will never ever go there again.

CHECK YOUR ORDER! If you’re in the drive through line, even if someone is behind you, check your order! If you’re behind someone else and they’re taking an extra long time, you let them check their order and then when it’s your turn CHECK YOUR ORDER! I don’t know what it is about Popeyes and forgetting stuff but 90% of the time I’m missing a side, a whole entree, sauce or utensils. Great food but man, they’re all like that

Do not go here. We went to get chicken and were told they don’t have anything I asked for. No sandwiches or anything on the menu practically. I then asked what do you have and he replied just a little bit of tenders. This happened at the Longmont location on main street at night the 24. It was a younger kid who had a headset so presumably he was the only one.
