Put the wrong ticket number on the wrong item. Went back and the girl said she just accidentally mixed up the tickets, and handed me a sandwich that was on the counter. Got home opened what was given and the order was still wrong. I understand it gets busy, but please pay attention. I was looking forward to the hoagie I ordered

Normally never have an issue here. Ordered a meatball parm and this is what it looked like when I opened the sandwich when I got home. This is not how it’s advertised nor is it how I expect a meatball parm to look like. Gotten many over the years, even from this location and never an issue of little to no sauce. For what you pay, I expect to get what is advertised. Very disappointed.

The management, or lack there of is awful. I attempted to report my wristlet, licesnse, and debit card missing on july 18th less than an hour after using it to withdraw money in the atm inside the store before heading to OC. I realized about an hour later when arriving in OC the wristlet was missing and immediately called the wawa where i was placed on hold for 20 minites. I had to hang up and call back and the 2nd female employee asked the first of she left someone on hold. I could hear the first woman giggle and say yea. The second female couldn’t be bothered to write my name and number down or check where I was parked.. “just said yea it’s not here. I can have one of the gas guys look whenever they have time “. I stopped back into wawa to speak with, Zack, who the front cashier told me was a manager. Zack was horrified at the way the employees handled the situation in the morning and took my name and number. This happened on july 18th. It’s now 8 days later and the GM has still not reached out. Last night someone stole my identity and used one of my credit cards in Delaware as the person who took my wristlet now has my licesnse. They don’t have my physical card, but the store was able to look up my information and charge the purchase to my account with my license. I now have to file a police report, reported this to the FTC, and today’s assistant general manager said “well I don’t know what you want from us we were short staffed”. Ok I have been waiting 8 days to hear from your GM. The assistant general manager shouldn’t be one as her communication skills are highly lacking. She informed me the GM is off until Monday “but I can text him and let him know”. He’s had 8 days and has done NOTHING. Today I head to the police department as I was told that’s the only way to get the tapes, however this could have been avoided if the GM ever reached out. This is my wawa where I live. I’m not a shore traffic customer. I WILL NEVER go here again. Every single manager in this establishment needs retraining.

Cashier did not scan my phone for the rewards. I had my phone on the counter next to my things I was buying. She rang my order through which makes it too late to scan for the rewards. She said she didn’t see my phone laying on the counter!!!!!!!! I go to this Wawa 3-4 days a week. Always spend $20-$40. This is terrible.

Every since they re-did the store and added new staff the quality of service has gone down. I have literally gotten sick twice from the food. I now travel further dowm Lambs Rd to the Sewell store. Better service and quality of food. I have lived in the area for 25 years and have never seen a Wawa of this poor service and food.
