We randomly ended up at Amberly Local today and were really pleasantly surprised. First off, it’s a great spot — they serve food, drinks, and even wine. We ordered two hot dogs: the Philly Hot Dog and the Chicago Hot Dog, plus two Hazy IPAs.
The hot dogs were amazing. I was expecting just a regular hot dog, but they came out with a side salad and a pickled cucumber. Honestly, it was incredible. The presentation was unique, and for the price, the quality was way beyond what you’d expect — this dish could easily cost more (though hopefully, it won’t).
Definitely a place we’ll come back to. Loved the neighborhood it’s in, the outdoor seating was nice, and the overall vibe was great.

I could be biased because Amberly Local is so close to home. But wow, the whole experience was amazing. I loved how chill this bar was — the drinks were good, the charcuterie was affordable, and it was very casual. I just saw neighbors lounging and having a drink after work. The staff were friendly, and because they kept the side door open, we felt a nice breeze. I definitely love this spot and have been back multiple times since my first visit.

Friendly neighborhood place. Decent simple food. “16 oz beers” are actually only 12 oz. Parents let their kids run around and scream. If your’re looking for quiet relaxing ambiance this isn’t the place.

What a wonderful little addition to the West Cary scene! Love everything about the space the ambience, the decor, the vibe! Great selection of beers to fit every palate! I loved everything about this place… I wish there were a few more vegetarian dishes on the menu… but overall 5 stars! Defs going back!

First time going here. At first I didn’t think I was going to like the environment but it was cool. The hot dog was good. And I liked the bread. The pretzel wasn’t that good but overall I enjoyed the hotdog.

Quality of ingredients are decent but the roast beef sandwich has zero sauce/mayo of any kind. Super dry sandwich. Also it would be better if the bread was toasted. The beer selection is good.

Kitchen was struggle bus for sure. Not sure if the roast beef sandwich is supposed to be a panini or not. Bartender saved the night.
