The place is new, the food is really good and the martini drinks are good and the beer is cold. Will go back and try something else. I had the travern burger and the wife had the chicken patina.

1st I will start with the service and food. AMAZING all the way around. Our waitress was also the bartender and made the best espresso martini. The hush puppies hit the spot!!
2nd The cook was the most amazing human being. When we went out to leave our car wouldn’t start. He came out without hesitation to help us. Thankfully it was just the battery and he had jumper cables. Such an angel.
The universe sent us to 36th Street Tavern and we’re blessed they were such great people. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ 10/10

It’s 1st time at the 36th Street Tavern! Our server was Bryn, who seemed very enthusiastic and excited to be working there. She was on top of everything we needed for the entire visit. In fact, all the wait staff that they we encountered seemed happy to be there. Our entire experience will definitely keep us coming back.

Went to 36th tavern to watch the Drake game. While I was disappointed with the outcome of the game, I was super impressed with the food and drinks!! I had a great time & will definitely be returning.
Our pretzel bites were so tasty and had the perfect amount of salt. The chicken wings were crispy and a generous amount of seasoning/sauce.
Kayla got cauliflower bites and they looked a little sad, as compared to other restaurants, but she claims that they tasted good!

My wife and I eat out every Sunday. We’ll review if it is great or if it is poor. This is certainly the latter. Food ideas were good, but execution was sub par at best.my wife had a panini, should have been good but the bread wasn’t buttered before pressing so no crunch. Then inside the panini was so dry, it pulled apart. A good panini should stick together because of cheesy goodness, this was so dry, it fell apart. Just a little better execution and it would have been great.
I had the tenderloin, mostly because they are simplest to taste and determine quality. For the menu saying “hand breaded” it had to have been the lower quality Sysco has to offer. Kwik Star makes better. It was dry, not crunchy or golden brown in any sense of the word.
This would be a great place but it’s as if the owners don’t ever check on the quality they need to be putting out.

I was truly impressed with dining at this restaurant. The kitchen in these types of establishments often go unnoticed, but here, it deserves high praise. The food’s consistency was remarkable; our dishes matched the photos perfectly and tasted just as exquisite. Even during lunch, the service was swift, yet we enjoyed our time without rushing. I’m delighted to have experienced this place and found the food as delightful as it appeared.

Wanted to give this place a try after the new name.
Loved the live music and it has a good environment. Server was great. She was the only one serving all the tables.
Food took about an hour and it was mediocre at best They did warn us about the wait time, so that isn’t the issue. The food is expensive and not worth it. The menu description leads you to believe you’ll have a tasty experience.
I ordered the Caprice salad and my partner ordered the Italian beef ($14). My salad was $12. It was flavorless. No basil and just completely underwhelming. My partners sandwich hardly had any beef in it. Our other friends ordered burgers and they came out cold.
We did mention to our server that the food wasn’t great. She was so apologetic and we made sure she knew it had nothing to do with her. She talked to the manger.. and the manager made her continue to be the middle person and never came to talk to us. I’m honestly shocked she wouldn’t take care of her staff or us, but whatever.
Anyway.. drinks are expensive but good. Food is meh. Liked the live music. Disappointed in the manager.

The only reason this is getting more than a 1 star is because Bryn was absolutely amazing! Her personality is top notch and even while running around! She is the only good thing left here. The kitchen absolutely sucks. The last 2 times we have come food was not done correctly, this time the whole order was wrong. And the food was bland. Not even salt or pepper it tasted like cardboard with a slice of cheap Kraft cheese. Keep Bryn as she is the ONLY good left at 36th. Street tavern.

Great sports bar. We tried the Margarita flatbread, the balsamic vinegar glaze was amazing. The cheese curds were cubed and delicious. The cocktails were awesome too. Can’t wait to go back.

Let me first say the service here was great! The servers took great care of us & were very attentive but this really wasn’t a very good place to eat. The food & especially the value of the food just wasn’t good. The sandwiches were absolutely nothing to get excited about. They were really just a very small amount of thinly sliced meat on regular bread that was put in a panini press. I got the prime rib panini & my wife got a turkey melt, both came with fries. If you look at my picture that is what a $17 sandwich looks like here. My wife’s turkey melt was $16 & basically looked the same. The fried mozzarella wasn’t very good. It literally just looked like they cubed mozzarella & dropped it in hot oil before dumping it on the plate & it also tasted that way. The best part of my meal was the mocha latte which was okay, not good, just okay. Overall the food was just not worth going here again.
