I placed an online order for a corner pizza, and when I got home the pizza was a round version. I called and asked the manager if they could replace and what they could do. The customer service was horrible and I was told that I had to pay a difference even though the site said otherwise this is ridiculous do not recommend this location!!!!!!!. Very disappointing experience here and they need to fix a few things. I was a server for 8 years and this type of experience is unacceptable and lots of other pizza places would be more caring.

I called to place an order during a busy time and a gentleman answered the phone and pleasantly took my order; great customer service! This is paramount as I believe customer service is non-existent in most places. I chose take-out and upon arriving I noticed 8 people working, along with a designated nice lady solely at the POS taking orders; staff operated like a well oiled machine with excellent customer service. I know who’ll be receiving my business from now on!

I’m just frankly disappointed at the pizza quality we had. I got the ranch buffalo chicken bacon pizza. Man was it just a waste of money. 29 dollars for no flavor? It wasn’t even hot man. You could literally only taste the bacon and that’s it. If you’re going to this location, don’t get this pizza

Jet’s Pizza, always good. Never had a bad pizza from this location Even though they were busy, I still got my pizza in under 20 minutes and, I love their barbecue chicken pizza. And was able to save an additional 15% off by using their call in pizza bot.

I’m traveling for work and never had “Detroit” Style pizza. I had high expectations but was disappointed. Was the pizza good? Absolutely! But it wasn’t anything different than I could get in Kansas. Delivery was on time. No complaints other than I could get the same thing from Pizza Hut or Little Caesars.

I have been going to this jets for the last 2-3 years as it is 5 minutes from my house I typically pick my order up as delivery can be quite long today my bf had it delivered because I had the car and he did not it had been well over an hour when he got the food from the driver it was not hot at all she stated to him that she had 3 delivery’s in front of ours if it take 5 min by car not even to get from our house to jets I’m not sure why our delivery was not prioritized after my bf spoke to mike the GM I had to call him to ask if we could just get a refund because he now would be going on 2 hours waiting on food he proceeded to tell me that I would either get what they remake for us or nothing at all at this point mike was very argumentative stating he could not guarantee us hot food he was very rude to me and I asked who was above him he stated no one and then said fuxk you I dont believe he is the GM just by the way he was treating me he then told me to fuxk off and hung up in my face he stated to my bf that he was black listing us and that we where problem customers even tho we never had an issue with anyone there everyone there was always pretty nice
