I had a fantastic experience at this Burger King! The restaurant was spotless and very well maintained, which made my visit even more enjoyable. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was right. It’s great to see a fast-food place that takes such pride in both service and cleanliness. Definitely one of the best Burger King locations around!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King. The staff were not friendly and seemed bothered when asked for anything extra. I waited over 25 minutes for my to-go order, and during that time, I saw several customers have to return their food because it was made incorrectly. When I finally got my order, they forgot my fries — but I didn’t even want to go back inside because the cashier was so rude. While the lobby was relatively clean, the soda machine area was completely unstocked. Overall, the service and order accuracy were severely lacking, and I would not recommend this location at all.

Stopped at this Burger King while my Tesla was charging nearby and it was super convenient. Grabbed a quick meal and everything was fresh — hot fries, good burger, and fast service. The staff was friendly and the place was clean, making it a great spot to relax while waiting for the car to charge. Very convenient location for anyone using the Tesla Supercharger.

I’m truly Afraid to eat at this Burger King. I was told it was their policy to microwave every burger. I ordered a whopper with cheese and I asked for it not to be microwaved. The response I received was “so you don’t want your cheese melted.” I responded if the burger is fresh and hot why wouldn’t the cheese melt on his own? I was then told, “well if you don’t want it microwaved then we can’t serve you.” Eat here at your own peril.”

Ordered online and picked up. They didn’t seem busy but I don’t know, however there was no hustle. Waited at the speaker about 5 mins, no apologies. Drinks are partially filled as were the fries. So far things seem warm but definitely disappointed.

Drive thru 11/10/2025. Man, I really love Burger King. But it seams like I always have to check my order to make sure it’s right, at this location. Today I ordered 2- 8 piece orders of their pepper bites. After getting to my distanation I find out they gave me Mac and cheese bites. Calling the restaurant to complain. I was told no sir you ordered the Mac and cheese bites. Which I no I did not. Not having the receipt. Because I already threw it away. Nothing could be done !!! % upsetting

Dirty, Got my order wrong told the guy at the counter like 6 times what I wanted still kept saying 2 for 3 and I’m like no I have no idea what the hell that is so I’m just like nah I want a 2 & 3 super clearly so he just choose not to listen lady in the back was just as bad she didn’t understand either and I said the number 2 combo and a number 3 combo so yeah the service sucks I ended up handing them the food back and said keep the money that was just beyond ridiculous service this comes with a fast food worker too this is pretty in-excuseable. Someone needs more training about service & listen to their customers.

Drive thru staff is incredibly rude. I tried to use a gift card, it didn’t work for some odd reason but I had another form of payment ready because gift cards can be iffy. The drive through worker who wasn’t even on the register pokes her head out and says “your card declined” then proceeded to laugh in my face.

I came into store location 10/28 730pm employees looked at me from the kitchen area and continued on laughing and cutting up. Nobody offered any service, I meen this place was completely dead, so I turned around and walked out and went to malinos pizza across the street, met with great service. You suck and you know it!!
