Fastest lunch service I’ve ever had. Ordered a large meal for my family of 4 everything was correct, and ready before I even got my card all the way swiped. Hot and delicious and we were back on the interstate in no time. Courtney waited on us- but it was the whole team that was there. They even made sure we had enough sauce and silverware etc. 10/10 recommend.

We decided to try it for the first time tonight. We aired for nearly 30 minutes to receive our order. We were the only customers inside the restaurant. When we got home to eat, I realized why were the only customers. The wings were tiny and cold. The fries were warm but literally coated in an extremely salty orange substance. Honestly a waste of valuable real estate in our wonderful town. Save yourself the trouble… RUN!

Ordered a breakfast wrap, wanted the advertised new Big country burrito and of course they didn’t have the wraps for them. I settled for a regular sausage wrap. Very disappointed in what I received. Sausage wasn’t chopped a slice of it was missing and a slice of cheese. Definitely not what it looked like on the picture advertised. The wrap was stiff and dried out. Do better Jack!

Dined in. The young lady who took our order did not greet us and lacks customer service skills. Waited forever for food. We were the only ones in the dining room. People started coming in and almost immediately getting their food not long after ordering. We waited over 15 min. I checked on the status of our order and it had been “forgotten” even with a tray and a receipt sitting on the counter to remind them. ♀️ Didn’t get an apology, either.
Burger was thrown together very sloppily. My son did enjoy his shake and the fries were awesome.
Another note, It wouldn’t hurt for them to windex their windows. They are disgusting.
I love the food at Jack’s (at other locations), but the Ellisville location leaves a lot to be desired.

Quick and efficient service !! Very accommodating !!! The chicken tenders and fries were hot and delicious !! The server went out into the cold ( 25 degrees feeling like 12 degrees) to get me a coupon out of her car. I consider that to not only be exemplary service but also very compassionate service. I greatly appreciated her generosity ,and I will return , and I will tell my friends and encourage them to come to the Jack’s in Ellisville, Ms, my hometown.

Drove 18 miles for a 1st and probably last time to visit this establishment. Sonic, down the street is better. It took more than 15 minutes to recieve our meal because of an 8 minute wait on two apple pies – better preperation???, and then didn’t get our entire meal when the pies were brought out. Lack of customer service in the drive thru, extremely brusk. unacceptable, better preperation should be in order. Out of Coke??? How is that humanly possible?

Ordered 2-10 piece boxes with sides and 2-15 piece strip boxes with sides online @11AM on 12/8/25 to be picked up 6:45 PM that day. Arrived @ 6:40 noticed the order on the screen, asked about my order was told they still had 5 minutes. Finally got my order @ 7:15. This was the 4th time I have made this order, 2nd time it was very late, on time once, could not find the order once. food quality good, service sucked 3 out of 4 times. Have ate there several times, service never really good although for the most part food was fairly good. Probably won’t be going back for a long long time. You really need to find a manager and some employees who are thankful to have a job, and work out your online ordering process.

Thus concludes our journey, for now, as we leave this haven of flavor and fellowship, forever etched in our hearts and minds.

Young woman at the front counter is very kind. I cannot for the life of me remember her name, but she always recognizes me when I come in and offers to bring my food to my table as I am disabled and use a crutch. I wish I could give 5 Stars, but unfortunately I usually wait around 40 minutes to get my food. I understand longer wait times during the lunch rush, but a 40 minute wait really is not worth it as my lunch break is only an hour. Front of house employees are always running around a mile a minute, so I believe the wait is a staffing issue. So unfortunate as I love eating here!
