Ordered the works and cheesticks,Cheesesticks looks smaller and barely any cheese ,cheese missing on part of them,the pizza has very little cheese and all the toppings looks liked they were put on after it was baked,This is ridiculous, food cost too much to half fix it,if your unhappy with your job find another because you can’t make pizza….Prob my last time ordering here ,it’s slowing been getting worse,but this has done it for me…

Obviously no one reads the reviews for this location. The only good thing about it is reading the reviews Don’t request delivery, especially after 9 pm. 45 minutes for 1 pizza after it was already supposed to be done 20 minutes before you’re informed about the extra wait is absolutely ridiculous

It took 2 and a half hours to receive my $60 order and when it got here it was cold. I called back to let them know my food was cold and I was offered to have my entire order replaced at a later date.
I call back to have my order remade and sent back out to me around a week later and was told it was my fault that the driver took so long, completely disrespected, horrible customer service and food quality. My order was sent back WRONG with two of the four items I was supposed to receive missing. Will not ever order from here again.

Pizza was over 30 minutes late. No one would answer the phone at the store. No way to get a refund or discount for the inconvenience. Not sure who we can contact to report this.

The crust and topping were delicious, but service couldn’t be more unfriendly. I asked for delivery to my house but they say they don’t deliver this far yet my neighbors get your pizza for delievery with no issues. I had to tell the person almost 3 times what toppings I wanted. Food is good but service; not so much.

They are the best pizza place in Hazard, Ky. Hands down! I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience and would highly recommend for that weekend pizza craving. Or work late and no time to cook they call ahead a pickup on way home. Curbside is great for that, trust me.

I ordered from papa John’s today and when I went to pick my order up I saw a man who had tobacco in his mouth spitting in a trash can I don’t think you are supposed to have tobacco in your mouth while you are at work cooking

Best pizza to eat in the world. They used to offer specials for 2 large pizza’s one topping for a good price. We ordered 2 large pizza’s 1 topping of pepperoni each hoping for a special. They charged us at $15.99 a pizza causing us to pay $34 dollars for 2 large pizza’s. I don’t think that is fair from what other pizza places charges. I would have given a tip and bought a papa Johns chocolate cookie for dessert but we couldn’t afford it with the $34 dollars we paid for only the 2 large pizza’s.

Ordered at 8:45…pizza arrived at 10:11… dough was undercooked…food cold… and driver appeared intoxicated on something… very non chalant about being late… no apologies nothing… I won’t do it again!! This gives the entire brand a bad vibe not just this store!
