I mean I can’t complain. I got the new gyro sandwich, kickin ranch chips, a drink for 15. Is the gyro something to rush over to? It’s a gyro. It’s medium sized but they give a lot of lettuce. The tzatziki sauce & gyro tastes good. Only complaint I know they didn’t see it but floor was pretty sticky when I went. No problem with service. Was greeted & person was in training. Had order done id say in less than 5 minutes. The gyro is good but nothing stands out that made me go wow. However I appreciate the change from just subs. Maybe a gargantuan gyro that could be an idea for more meat. Just a suggestion.

Best jimmy johns location I’ve ever been to! Not only was the food fresh and made perfectly (always expect quality and consistency) the inside was SPOTLESS! So clean and welcoming. The employees greeted you as soon as you open the door and you definitely get your food FREAKY FAST! The manager even came over and asked us how the food tasted! Top notch service, fantastic food. Stopped at this location over black friday and will definitely be coming back!

Joined the app about a month ago, but been a fan for awhile. Today I received a text about a deal on delivery – never done with them, so I thought heck, I’ll do it. Ordered my food with instructions about sending a text a a Pic when it arrived.
Customized my free sandwiches (because I had rewards) left a nice tip because my order was basically free. My order was placed at 12:21 as per my receipt and my text with Pic came in at 12:42 as per my phone. See the lusciousness below!

I’m sorry but this is not ok the food ratings are going down for this location. I have been here 2 xs this month 1st they messed up my order and offered to replace it with a free sub. Went today to give them another chance because we all make mistakes and also purchased 2 additional sandwiches. So sad photo should be enough to see what I’m speaking about will not be returning to , my favorite location not due to customer service but poor quality on an already over priced sandwich. Also i asked for no cucumber and here it is a few cucumbers one layer of Turkey sorry but it doesn’t even look edible I’m super

I went through drive thru ordered my sandwich and everything was going fine, until I get half way through my sandwich and I saw a hair! I called customer service to which I was told they had to forward the info to the owner operator since it was a Franchise owned store and the owner operator will call me back, 2 days have passed by til this day I haven’t received a call, or email. This had happened to me before so I decided to give Jimmy Johns a second chance but I should of just not even tried it again. So check your sandwich to ensure it’s Hair Free!

After they gave us an 8″ sub instead of the 16″ sub we said we wanted, we were pretty peeved. Get home to open our other sub and found this measly amount of guacamole on our #6 veggie sub. I can’t believe I paid $12+ for a sandwich with a few slices of cheese, some lettuce, and a couple tomatoes. Other stores have never been this stingy. Won’t be patronizing this location again in the future.

I come over regularly for lunch from one of the neighboring units and these two have picked up on what my lunch routine/schedule is and know what my usual order is. In fact we collectively call it “The Usual” and I’m half convinced they have it already semi-prepared by the time I walk in.
