Black dude with locks and bleached ends had a major attitude. I greeted him saying “how’re you doing?” Asked him to show me the rotisserie-style chicken, asked him about the other items…chicken teriyaki and roast beef (which he said, that’s steak). I told him I was looking for natural protein options and not processed meat. He shrugged it off like, “yeah, what do you want?” Like I was keeping him from making a lot important sandwich…or I was bothering him by asking questions about what I’m about to purchase and consume. I then asked him what proteins were natural? He responded, “I don’t know”.
Left me thinking Subway doesn’t train staff on the menu items. I respectfully thanked him and left. Went to a Subway in my area (Shelton) and was totally night and day. The lady there had no attitude and informed me the rotisserie was the “natural” protein option and I ended up purchasing from there. Didn’t know footings were over $14, but that’s another story.
To the owners and managers: If customer service is not the employee’s strong suit, keep him/her away from the front…let them work in the back cutting up, prepping or cleaning. And if people are upset for whatever reason, they should never take it out on the customer…if you’re upset about where you work, find another job. There are people who really need jobs.

When I ordered the lady was standoffish, upon informing her of our diet preference I asked her what she had since they didn’t have veggie patties..she failed to offer suggestions (how was i supposed to know you have avocado?) ..upon paying, she starts getting on the phone.. i asked for some napkins, she gave me 2 napkin sheets for a footlong and 6 inch. I asked for more and she begins giving me attitude..”I can only give you 2 napkins if you have a 6 inch..” a waste of time, terrible customer service and food

Found a metal spike in my sandwich, these people need to be shut down. Look through the photos for this place well as they try to hide the negative ones with random subway pics not even from this chain.

Ordered thru the app. They stated that the food would be ready in 15 minutes for sandwich. The store was empty. I went in about 7 minutes and the sandwich was
sitting on the counter. The sandwich was cold and not the way we ordered it. We regularly order this sandwich in other Subways without a problem. Really dissatisfied.

The person who made only worked for a couple of months for subway made two great sandwiches! He put his feet in them ! I went to the subway on barnum and east main street i recommend my friends and family go to this subway for meals.subway he needs to he a manager because he got us in and out and he was polite to all the customers.I will be going back to that location only.

The employees here are outstanding! The customer service is Amazing! The environment is clean and spacious. My sandwich was made with super fresh, ingredients, in a timely fashion, and to perfection. Love this subway and the treatment you get from the Respectful staff. They have sweet peppers at this one to.
