Went out for a bite solo, the energy in the building was great. Walked in, was greeted instantly. The team working this shift was communicating on all orders and mine was up before I knew it. Always getting the same thing. Italian sub, of course. This time I tried the chilli with it. It was.. GREAT. Over all extremely good place, amazing subs for a great price.

Amazing food, terrible customer service. Veggie sandwich always a 10/10. Today I ordered garlic butter for the first time thinking it went on top (it doesnt) I called for them to make note of me not receiving the garlic butter (which they did) I then received a call 5 min later being accused of lying saying they rewatched the tapes, yelled over me, & continued to respond in a hostile manner & I the CUSTOMER had to calm the situation & asked if he could clarify where the butter actually goes. (Which he continued to say on top NOT inside) only to conclude the convo in him STILL being aggressive after admitting it goes inside (that dmnssa must’ve not known the difference between INSIDE & ON TOP) amazing sandwich tho, just make sure your order is correct BEFORE leaving to avoid the horrendous service towards customer feedback

I still think Firehouse Subs have the best sandwiches of any of the national chains. This location is closer to my house and while training a new employee, I had a great experience while here! Tried the chicken dumpling soup for the first time too! Pretty good!

We ordered online and picked up in store. I have never been hear before and the employee I spoke to was friendly.
Our order was accurate. Full disclosure we did not try to modify anything. They can warm and full of vegetables, pickles on the side.
When ordering I thought the subs were a little pricey. However, even our big eaters only ate half of a 12 inch. (Usually, they eat a whole footlong at subway.) These subs are wider and full of veggies. I ordered 4 large subs for 6 people and I have a full sub left over. Very filling.

I’ve rarely had a bad experience at firehouse. My only downside is they never brought back the hot sauces after Covid. I still eat there on occasion but not like I used to. And only if I get it to go because I have been to a few pepper festivals lately and have gathered a small collection of my own hot sauce I use.

I get the meatball sub here and it is fantastic. It’s a ten out of ten meal in my opinion. I had a moment of existential bliss the first time I had that sub. Moments of such sort are to be cherished and the meatball sub here is one of a kind. Also they provide an array of hot sauces which is really just a fun time. Love it here. 5/5.

Great place to get a sub, made the way you like it. The staff is still wearing masks, but you do not have to if you are vaccinated. You can now dine in the restaurant, but seating is limited. Outside dining is also available. This location also has a drive-thru.
