Good atmosphere, friendly staff, friendly people. Not quite sure why there is always ice in the men’s urinal. But either way, good place to go to have a cold Pabst Blue Ribbon. Day to visit, February 6th. Time of visit, 1600.

I used to frequent this place 40 years ago, when it was named Cheryl’s, while stationed at Camp Geiger as a young Marine. I was in town visiting the Beirut Memorial with a couple of friends from back in the day. The place has changed significantly, all for the better, and I thoroughly enjoyed my trip down memory lane. I look forward to returning next year.

Fabulous place! A warm inviting place with great drinks and a wonderful bar menu. The pizza is terrific. Clean and friendly and the personnel is excellent. The outdoor deck is great for gathering with girlfriends and a glass of wine. This pub is relaxing and a very safe atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

Small but comfortable bar. The owner, Al, is very personable and welcoming. Food and drinks are great prices and the bartenders have always been friendly. There is an outdoor smoking deck. The bathroom is superb. Also, they have a pool table n a jukebox, what more could you ask for? 🙂

I’ve only been there in the the middle of the week. Slow nights, but I find that place to be very pleasant. I didn’t get to try, the complimentary food, but it was very presentable. The bartender is sweet and has a great sense of humor. Overall, it’s an enjoyable place to hang out and socialize.

This is hands down, the greatest place in town! Top notch bartenders, amazing atmosphere, great firepit, great snacks, with a few more extras. What more could you ask for!?!

Not only did I end up working here after my initial review, but 5 years later and I still go. There have been some upgrades to the bar but it is still a great local watering hole/dive bar to check out when in the area. Also, the house wine is $3 even after COVID. If you don’t know, house wine at #thedirtyderby is Jameson.

A former coworker bought the bar, a few changes with her owning it but altogether it is an amazing bar/pub. You can eat, drink, face five a piano, smoke, enjoy a fire, literally it caters to everyone.
