We order from here for delivery or pickup at least 2x a month since they opened. The last few months it’s gone downhill bad and tonight takes the cake. We got a large extra cheese extra pepperoni pizza. We picked up a burned cracker with literally no cheese and the normal amount of pepperoni. When you go to leave feedback on the app, magically the form fails to load. After this, I’m done.

At 10:20pm on 10/22/25 the guy that was on shift was great! I wish I would’ve gotten his name. It seemed like he was the only one working. The service was great! The pizza was great! I was pleased with this experience and I hope this guy working gets the recognition he deserves.

Just ordered a late night meal 2 large pizzas 1 order of cheesy bread and 1 2liter of soda. Total cost $43. I placed the order at 11:50 pm and they are opened until 1:00am. And it’s now 1:30 am , and of course I called only to get a recorder saying that they are closed . No order showed up and no call saying they couldn’t deliver or anything . Very unhappy and super hungry. Why waste my time and why even bother taken my order if it wasn’t even come happen . Whoever was working on Thursday sept.18 2025 and answered the call. Shame on you and very unprofessional, your lack of doing your job and customer service skills is unexcusable. And you should be fired or at least reprimanded. Thanks for leaving me and my family with nothing. And F.Y. for making us wait for nothing .Update, the next day I called to talk to a manager and or the owner, and the shift super told me this. ‘That the delivery driver showed up at my place and nobody was there then he called and said nobody answered”. Which of course is a LIE . I sat there and watched for them (I even requested that they call me when here). I was then told that there isn’t anything that could or would be done to make it right. .. here the thing I’m not asking to get my order for free or anything for free . I would of been satisfied with an apology and or a discount on next order . NOTHING EXCEPT A LIE AND B.S.

I got home later than usual on Friday, July 12th, and I called the boys at 12:24am, thirty minutes before they closed. They set me up with a pepperoni, just the thing I needed after a long day, and they were so cool about it, and the pizza was damn good. Sorry for calling in so late boys, thanks for this awesome pizza! I won’t be going anywhere else for my pizza as long as I live here.

I have ordered a buffalo chicken pizza 3 times from here and for the last 3 times there has been no buffalo sauce, so this time I’m kind of annoyed because there is no buffalo sauce so I call the store and told them my pizza didn’t have any buffalo sauce so the guy helping me was really helpful and nice and said he’ll send me a new pizza with Buffalo sauce and so I was like cool I appreciate it. Well when my pizza came the girl that gave it to me was really nice also and the store tried to do right by upgrading it to a large and giving me a 2 liter coke with it as well but I go to open up my pizza and still no Buffalo sauce….(picture of the remade pizza down below) I don’t know what I did to the employees of Dominoes but whatever I did I’m sorry, I just want Buffalo sauce with my Buffalo chicken pizza

Order discrepancy between online ordering and “what is on their end”. They refused to elaborate or fix the issue. Told us to call some I line number if we had a problem. Paid for items and then not given them.

So used instacart for my ordered. Well when you do that domino’s adds on a hefty marketplace fee that wipes out any promo you get from instacart. It’s not real apparent until you go to check out. Just use their domino’s app using instacart is a waste! Pls note I did contact them to give them (instacart) the opportunity to rectify the issue and I got the blow off from instacart.

I’ve never been a pizza snob. But the last pizza we ordered from you guys was gross. We didn’t finish it. The crust tasted like a old whole wheat crust. Won’t be going back to any Domino’s any time soon.
