We tried Curry Leaf Podi Thatte Idly, carrot onion chilli utappam, and Hyderabad Upma Dosa at this food truck yesterday. The food is super good. The curry leaf podi thatte idly was super soft and best one I ever ate. The utappam and the Hyderabad upma dosa was something different from what other restaurants were selling and really tasty. The chutneys were fresh. Definitely worth trying if you are a dosa lover.

Aha Emi Ruchi is a food truck in Cedar Park Food Truck Park serving South Indian food. Tried their Paneer dosa. The portion size was good. But it didnt have much flavor. More onions, less paneer honestly. Also, this dish was on the expensive side. The chutney however was really good. The food park itself has many different options, mostly Indian food. Free parking space and picnic tables to sit. We went on Sunday early evening, so got space to park and sit but the place started getting packed as the evening progressed. So recommend getting a little earlier. 2 of the food trucks were closed and it still was packed. I can see the place getting full when all trucks are open.

We randomly Stopped here and tried their Benne Masala Dosa, Special Masala Paneer Dosa, and Ghee Podi Thatte Idly. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were good. The benne masala dosa was crispy and super good, and the thatte idly was really soft. They have a wide variety of dosas on the menu. Service was quick and the chutneys were nice too. Easily one of the best dosa spots in Austin. Will definitely be coming back to try more.

Finally, a place in Austin with authentic Masala Dosa and Idli! We had the Benne Masala Dosa with the best coconut chutney and potato filling, and the Thatte Idly, which was soft and fluffy. The prices are reasonable too!

I tried the Aha special masala paneer, mudha pappu avakai, and benne masala dosa — all tasted really good. Friendly people and worth a visit. Great place for dosas and they have a lot variety of dosas in their menu.

Dosa is nice however filing inside is very very less. Potato is carb dosa is carb ( both cheap ingredients) why serve so less ma ? Sambar chutney all served in tiny tiny plastic containers. I thought we Indians loved feeding guests well !! Open up your hearts and give more filling inside. You are charging a lot. We can get proteins at this price

I had an amazing experience at Aha Emi Ruchi, Their food truly brings the authentic flavors of India to life. The South Indian snacks were a delightful treat. The portions were generous, and everything tasted freshly prepared.
What makes this place even more special is how they’ve reintroduced iconic items from the 90s that instantly transport you back to childhood days. It’s like a delightful trip down memory lane with every bite
What really stood out was the friendly customer service – they made sure we enjoyed every bite and were happy to accommodate special requests. The outdoor seating at the food park also added to the charm, making it a perfect spot to enjoy great food with friends and family. Highly recommend this food truck for anyone craving genuine Indian cuisine✨

Absolutely amazing food! We got the Dosa platter which came with a plain dosa, one filled with onion, and one filled with potato, a chocolate dosa, a mango lassi, and a Ghee Sambar Idly. We got a lot of food- and everything was so tasty! The Idly was my absolute favorite. It was very “comfort food” vibes. The flavors were all so great. Do yourself a favor and definitely check this place out! Prices are very reasonable as well. The owner was also so kind! This is a new food truck in Cedar Park/brushy creek. We will absolutely be back!
