We got the Chicken Katsu curry with noodles, and the portion sizes were more than enough for one person. The Chicken Katsu could use some more flavor but they went well with the miso broth. They’ve other snack items such as seaweed chips that you can purchase as well.
The seating area inside is reasonably big to accommodate the busy hours. The staff is polite and helpful. Restrooms are available inside as well.
Overall, Busaba Cafe was a wonderful experience while visiting Southern Pines. I highly recommend it.

Clean! Great Atmosphere! Friendly Staff! Awesome presentation of all the food that I ordered for myself and Kids! My 10 year old loved his rice, popcorn Shrimp and Ramen! The grown Kids loved their dishes! The Curry was so Flavorful! Great portions and had to take home leftovers!

Delicious Chicken Katsu Ramen in Miso Soup! Flaky, crispy, and totally dippable, everything you want for Chicken Katsu. The corn was super yummy in the Ramen and the noodles were really good, some of the best I’ve had in NC. Will have to go back to try the Tofu!

THE BEST chicken katsu curry in all of southern pines!! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. You feel immersed into a calming and fun environment when you enter. The staff is so incredibly kind and respectful and always look forward to seeing you and serving you. The food is top notch one of the best asian dishes in town. Good portions that will leave you satisfied and feeling happy. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to expand their palette and enjoy an authentic meal. Support small business and come out here to enjoy a delicious meal!!

The food was so good. I ordered th chicken katsu curry and shrimp gyoza. The red curry was perfect with just the right amount of spice to give it a little kick. The chicken katsu was the best I’ve ever tasted. It was one of the few places I’ve been that cooked it to a perfect point ( done, but still perfectly juicy). The gyoza came served on a small bed of lettuce with dumpling sauce and curry sauce. I am more of a dumpling sauce person, but it was nice to have the extra red curry to go with my rice. The portions were great. The service was great. The resturant was clean inside. I am excited for when they expand the menu (a gentlemanworking informed me they plan to expand the menu eventually), but for now the small menu seems to be working very well. Some newly opened resturants are so unpolished at first open and that is NOT the case here.

Great food. Love it need to go back more. I’ve always tried something new and have yet to be disappointed. The duck is so rich and tasty. Great food, priced well and friendly staff. I do recommend this place. Hope you enjoy it as well.

Service could be a tad bit better with knowledge of their menu and not being on their phone/ eating behind the counter but overall I really enjoyed the food. I was nervous because ramen can be hit or miss but the pork tonkatsu ramen was really good. The egg rolls were great!!

Absolutely wonderful experience for a quick, casual, sit-down restaurant. Simple, yet customizable Thai-Japanese fusion menu. Tried the stew beef, which is quite hearty and tasty!
