Absolutely love coming here.
We have been to this location a few times now and really like it here. The food is always great and fresh. Its great when you come here with someone for the first time and they can watch there food being made right in front of them.
The people that work here are always the nicest and willing to help with any questions.
Highly recommend creating your own rice or noodle bowls. Then you can pick all the things you want and have your own custom meal.
Definitely worth a stop and we will continue to return.

This was my second and final visit to this honey grow. During my first visit, I witnessed a woman touching her phone with gloves on. She didn’t change her gloves and proceeded to return to the line. This behavior is not only disgusting but also highly negligent, as it poses a risk of spreading illness.
On my last visit, I discovered a long strand of hair tangled in my lettuce. This incident further highlights the lack of sanitation practices at this establishment. Additionally, it’s evident that they are not adhering to OSHA and ServSafe standards.

I came to this honeygrow location almost everyday and I must say the service and hospitality is second to none. I am always greeted with good energy and politeness. The staff here is fantastic. The food is delicious and is always made within a reasonable time frame. I’ve been to many honeygrows but this is my favorite because I’m always treated with kindness and good service. Christina and Larry are two people who I always see who go above snd beyond along with the others on shift. Overall 10/10.

If you are getting a stir fry, get the noodles instead! I normally get the wheat noodles, but I decided to try the rice and it’s not good! It’s obviously precooked, doesn’t have any flavor, and the texture is just off. With these same topping the noodles are 10x better, trust me. Everything is normally really good at honeygow but the rice is a no.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a manager I believe since she had a black shirt on. Her name was something like Stephanie or something with an S. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and had a nasty attitude for no reason. I ordered my food through the kiosk, did everything correctly, and when I calmly asked about my stir fry, she snapped at me like I was bothering her.
She was working yesterday around the middle of the day (around 5ish), and her attitude completely ruined the experience. A manager should never treat customers this way. If this is the standard of leadership here, that’s a serious problem. I won’t be coming back unless this behavior is addressed.

The staff at Honeygrow Collegeville are always friendly and helpful. This is our go-to lunch spot. We don’t normally have issues with our orders but in the past when we have they make it right quickly. Happy to provide a 5 star review!!

i came here yesterday afternoon and my experience was terrible. My issues mainly involve the girl who i believe was the manager because she had on a black blouse. She had her hood on, was wearing black eye liner, and i’m pretty sure her name started with an S. She was insanely rude to her employees and the other customer. For example, she gave us several dirty looks and aggressively slammed the tray at us which was very uncomfortable. I will definitely not be coming back to this location ever because of this lady. I hope she gets fired.
