Pretty good buffet. Usual suspects. Fried tenderloin strips were surprisingly good.
Buffet is completely self serve.
This place has buffet, menu and full bar in the back. Gift shop in the front. Has lots of potential!

Quiet, country diner, almost like a country barrel.
You can shop for apparel & jewelry ✨️ and knick knacks.
Everything seems pretty clean.
They have a buffet as well. I believe from 11am-2pm.
We chose to get the catfish & omg this delicious strawberry cheesecake
This is my 1st time coming thru from Georgia.
The girl that was there. She was ok. She looks young maybe 18, so her attention is on her phone. But she was indeed nice.

Never a dull moment here especially on karaoke night. The owner is super friendly and the atmosphere is great. Everybody gets along good with each other. The egg rolls at 10/10. The Cajun burger 10/10. Big enough to share with someone. My second time going and I love it here. Thanks for making me and my family feel so welcomed.

This was one of those, “lets try something new” moments. Well we definitely regretted it.
Unfortunately, the food had little to no seasoning. The bread on the po boy was hard enough to break teeth. The menu was impossible to figure out across the cardstock multi page menu.
All in all, for two people with an appetizer, it was 70 to 80 dollars. Not worth it. But you live and you learn.

Very nice little store and a good resturant. Food was satisfactory. Fish filets were kind of small and the tartar tasted a little much like dill pickles for me. The hamburger steak was great but the rice was sort of bland. Pork Chop was tender but it said it has a brown sugar so we thought it should have had sort of a sweet glaze but that was not the case. Normal chop. Kids meals definitely were about what you would expect from a school cafeteria. Place was very clean and the staff was on point. The live entertainment was great. We were there on 7/23 so I am not sure of the fellas name was but he was great.

We loved the place, it was our first time going there, but definitely won’t be our last. The food was delicious and the service was great. They have a bunch of desserts in a case, like lemon squares, carrot cake, an assortment of cheesecake, blueberry flapjack cake, and more. There is a stage for live music near the back, as well as a store you can shop in while you wait for your food. Give them a try if you are in the area.

The food was ok. Had the fried fish which was on the small side, the fries were in the small side and a little over cooked , hush puppies were good, the tea could have use a little more sugar, the coleslaw was horrible ! Was there for my husband’s class reunion, did not stand up to what I heard about it. Very disappointing. At least the music was decent.

Yaaaass is all I can say. We weren’t expecting such a cool dining/shopping experience in Forest, MS.
They’re serving up a wide variety of food ranging across traditional southern fare like hamburger steak, sweet potato casserole, burgers, as well as Angus Steaks, pasta, salads, redfish, an appetizer & drinks menu, and a case of gorgeous desserts that seem to vary daily.
The dining area is actually in the middle of the gift shop, so be prepared to want to spend a few minutes shopping around for a gift, a little something for your home, or a candle.
We’ve been back now several times, trying something new each time, and can honestly say with the exception of a piece of cake that turned out not to be our favorite flavor, everything from our service to our food has been two thumbs up.

I found this gem while traveling through Forest enroute to Montgomery, AL. I was sitting in the parking lot wondering if I should go with someplace familiar and common or try this place out. Boy, am I glad I went inside! This place has a vibe that only small-town, family-oriented people can fully comprehend. Ordered my steak and, based upon my order, the bartender made a modification to my order and she hit a HOME RUN! This place is a NO-BRAINER if you’re anywhere close by! Food quality, atmosphere, service and just down-home hospitality with a twist of pleasant sarcasm from the bar faithfuls! Go there if you’re close, this place is special!
