Didn’t realized I lived so close to them because they are kind of tucked away from Rock Rd. Pizza carry out was good. Staff was kind, even though they were super busy. The place was pretty clean. I’d go back/order delivery from them again.

This place doesn’t deserve a one star for food. I arrived a little early to get my pizza therefore I didn’t mind waiting. Nonetheless, most Pizza Huts have always had my order ready ahead of time. It was 10 minutes before my pick up time and only half of my order was ready. I ordered 4 boxes of pizzas at 10:30 that morning, pick up was to be at 5 pm. Honestly I believe I received someone else’s boxes of pizza because one of my pizzas was wrong when it came to the crust, I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza. I don’t want to make a long post but this was my first time at this Pizza Hut and I will not be back. Customer service was awful when handling the dispute of spoiled chicken and undercooked pizza. Now those pizzas were supposed to be thin crust all three. So if you’re ordering from here really check your order before leaving. There policy is to bring back the messed up pizza which in my case I wasn’t able to for it defeated the purpose of me ordering ahead of time. Long story short I was issued a store credit of the two majorly messed up pizzas after I called to get info on how to talk corporate. Because it really bothered me for the blame to put on me as if I was at fault.

It is my fault but I gave the lady a $50 and she shorted me 20$ in change didnt realize till I got home, but still watch out for them they will take your money as a “tip”. Its a young crew so I wouldnt put it past them doing it alot to people.

Ordered contactless delivery. Online it said driver would wait at a safe distance after knocking. Barely heard a knock and no driver in sight. The breadsticks were very flat and hard as though they were not allowed to rise or not cooked all the way. This is a mistake that was obviously not cared about because they have to place the breadsticks into a bag before sitting them out to be delivered. It is one thing to forget a topping or something along those lines but to not throughly cook the food is another issue. I order quite often from Pizza Hut too which is disappointing.

I ordered A pepperoni Lovers pizza and it had no more meat than a regular pepperoni pizza. Very disappointing. Will buy from Papa Johns or Dominos next time.

We ordered this delivered to our hotel. The staff was very friendly on the phone. They offered to deliver it directly to the room and called when near the hotel. The pizza was great as well.

BEWARE – we received a pizza that was obviously reheated and presented to us as fresh. Not even sure this meets health codes. DISGUSTING! Check your pizza before accepting it!

Both my girlfriend and myself felt like our large pizza was smaller than normal. Hopefully itnwas just a one time thing. We are always very impressed with how quickly our food arrives and the drivers are always extremely polite.
