This particular Culver’s location always has an amazing amount of staff on site, ready to work, happy, pleasant, and an anxious to assist you! I don’t know if this is the case in every cold around town, but this one reason alone is why my wife and I will drive out of our way to come here. Literally as I am making this review I can count 13 people behind the counter area. There may be more, but that’s how many I’ve been able to physically count. The store is clean, orderly, and the bathrooms are equally as clean and well stocked. Food is always hot and delicious and the concrete mixers are absolutely amazing. Don’t skimp out, get yourself a root beer float. Those are amazing too lol

NEVER AGAIN.
9min for 1 Crispy Chicken.
Overfried, looking like charcoal.
They don’t bring your food out when it’s done. They wait until they have three cars complete and then bring your food out all at once. Fine if you’re the last car to order, but pretty crappy if you’re the first.

I am very familiar with Culver’s and have eaten there in a few states. The food was consistent with what you’d expect at any Culvers. My only issue was, it did take quite a bit of time to get the food. I almost thought they forgot about me.
Also the ketchup dispensers were not really working all that well. It took a look of action to get some ketchup.

Fiancé went to pick up dinner for us just now, 8:30pm. Spent over $40 to receive a chicken sandwich with no top bun and two of the smallest pickles I’ve ever seen, one being the stump that nobody wants to eat. They forgot my marinara sauce, and to top it off, I got a soupy 3/4 full shake. Food tasted fine, but for the price this is absolutely ridiculous. Corporate— pay your workers more and let your locations hire adequate amounts of staff. This wasn’t an act of laziness, this was the result of you overworking your employees to the point that this is the product they’re sending out in a location that hasn’t even been open half a year.

Really disappointed at this Culver’s in Omaha… have had great experiences always at the ones all over Indiana. Just got a chocolate malt but it’s 1) warm, not even cold, 2) full of malt – only taste like malt and not chocolate, 3) thick and hard to drink with a small straw – not due to ice cream, but just thick malt mix it seems. Might try again, but just really disappointed wasting $6

DELICIOUS!! Culver’s never fails us. Cheese curds are amazing and shrimp is so tasty as are the fish sandwiches.

I believe this to be one of culvers restaurants. I went through the drive thru around 3:30 pm on July 25th of 2025. I ordered a medium concrete mixer with cookie dough and snickers. It came with two cups and didn’t look right. I dug through it and ended up tossing it because it looked like someone spit in it. This is completely and utterly disgusting. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I’m suggesting anyone else to do the same.

This is the very best Culvers I have ever visited. Of course the food and service is fantastic. What really makes this place special is in the details. It is always very clean even during lunch hour. I personally enjoy the touch of fresh flowers and the potted plants at the front door. But what makes it truly special are the employees that work hard to make you feel welcome and ensure you have a great dining experience. Thank you!.
