If you want to know what real customer service looks like, this is it.
There was an issue with the system that could have easily turned into a frustrating experience, but instead, it became the reason I’ll be a loyal customer for life. Joshua Hicks, the owner, personally stepped in, communicated every step of the way, and made sure my order was delivered directly to me without hesitation. No excuses. No runaround. Just integrity and follow through.
And let’s talk about the food, because even without the incredible service, this is hands down the best pizzeria in town. The crust? Perfectly balanced, crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside. The toppings? Generous, fresh, and thoughtfully layered. Every bite tastes like it was made by people who genuinely care about what they’re serving.
Great pizza is one thing. Great leadership is another. When you get both in the same place, that’s rare.

We tried the newly opened pizza place in Elizabeth, and it definitely exceeded our expectations! We ordered the Big Daddy 12″ x 24″ pizza, and it was the perfect size for our family of five. The crust was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the toppings were generous and full of flavor.
We also couldn’t resist trying the gourmet fries—they were fantastic! The Loaded Fries were delicious, but the Bacon Cheddar Fries were next level. Crispy fries topped with melted cheese and bacon—so good!
The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back to try more! Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great pizza and comfort food.

I have a severe tomato allergy and ordered the bacon and pickle pizza mostly because it comes with a garlic sauce and not a tomato sauce. Today the same pizza I always order was made with a tomato sauce.. no idea why.
Upon calling and getting a refund they called back to offer a free pizza on our next visit, leaving a message that was very unprofessional to say the least.
Update to 09/09/2025, Josh the owner absolutely went above and beyond to make this right and show that he cares for the community his business resides in.
We will continue being local and loyal customers.

I think today marks my official opinion of this place.
According to the app, I have been here six times and 5 out of 6 of them there has been a delay in getting my order. The third time it happened I was told it would be 30 minutes so I went next door to get some items at Safeway. Ten minutes later I was called to come get it and it was cold.
Next time I ordered, it was actually on time and I thought – great! I opened the order and the toppings were on one side. This one I got the “free” cookie with the app points which I noted it actually only discounted 7.99 of the 8.99.
For the super bowl, they were struggling with the wing orders. By struggling, I mean the lobby was filled with unhappy pick ups, one talking about how they ordered a week in advanced. So I said to refund mine as we didn’t really need them and the pizzas were ready. Never got the refund
Today, I gave two hours on my pick up order and was once again greeted with “oh we messed up your order, it will be 10 minutes” I had little expectation that there would be resolve since I never got the wing refund so I waited. After 10 minutes, I was offered a soda.
It’s a shame because the food is pretty good but I don’t want to sit in their little lobby or get cold food.

Don’t order online here! Two hours for an order to be filled. Had our door dasher waiting for an hour to pick up. The typical understaffed excuse. I’ve worked my fair share of food restaurants and I would never have anyone waiting that long with a lack of communication. The foods good but the service is crap.

First time was not that special for the price.
Thought we would give it a second chance. So we placed an order on line for pick up.
Ordered a large pizza. Looks more like med and it was a weird shape.
The pepperoni had a weird smell like cigarettes and smoke smell.
Also ordered two orders of pickel bread. It was so thin. Not much cheese.
Needless to say we will not be eatting at foxes again.

Our band practices right outside of Elizabeth. We order pizza from Fox’s on practice nights. We had the Bacon Cheeseburger and the Pepperoni Plus. Both great pizzas. Delivery was quick and the people working were great.

We love this pizza place in Elizabeth! The staff is always so kind. Josh the owner was awesome. He came to the front and gave my kids stickers and coloring sheets. The online ordering is easy and the food is always on time.
