Consistently mediocre. When we order a bunch of pizzas for a gathering they all seem to come out really well when we order a simple pizza for pizza night at home it’s just okay. Today’s order was a deep dish and it was was far from being an actual deep dish pizza. In fact it was almost like raw breadsticks. Hardly any sauce and a few of the pieces didn’t even have a pepperoni on them.

I love the effort from the crew especially the manager. Every time I go and they are short staffed with an unexpected rush they do their best to get the food out as quickly as they can. They are doing this with under living wages, making your pizzas, under living wages. Why don’t they deserve living wages? Is prepping, making, delivering a pizza and then cleaning the whole store not worth a living wage?

Customer service was great! I was greeted by both when I walked in, even though they were busy. They got me taken care of quickly. My issue is the pizza was SUPER flimsy, it flopped over & there was almost no bread in the middle. It was kinda doughy too.. I’ve eaten pizza from here several times & every time it is the same.

Just want to shout out the lady making a ton of pizzas on Fridays for all of the local schools. She is by herself (occasional help from delivery driver) busting her butt so our children can have a happy Friday lunch. I know our school orders 20 pepperonis, and I see other large school pick ups while I’m waiting. She always has the best attitude. Thank you so much Miss Lady!!!

I wish I could unsee the horrors of this location. Never seen another Pizza Hut like this. Just a downright filthy & disgusting place and you can just TELL they never even bother to clean the customer counter.
Star of the show is where it really goes down: the unsafe, unsanitary kitchen. They never clean the pans properly, they don’t store ingredients at the right temperature, and trust me when I say that there are roaches crawling around right near customers’ food. I’ve seen it with my own eyes.
They used to at least conduct regular health inspections here, but since management knows how utterly depraved this restaurant is… they stopped doing those too.
Sick of those pesky bureaucrats? Just fire them! Problem solved!!
Save your health and avoid the plague. No, that’s not a typo. This place is on actual biohazard levels of unsafe food storage, handling, preparation, maintenance, pest-control (or lack thereof), and more.
I genuinely mean it when I say: This place needs to be shut down permanently by state health inspectors, then the owners/operators need to be investigated and have their business permit revoked. This is some really warped stuff and it’s going to get somebody seriously sick or KILLED.

Huge shoutout to Glen at Pizza Hut for the absolute top-tier customer service. We came in close to closing, and instead of turning us away, he went out of his way to open the site so we could place our order. That alone was amazing, but he didn’t stop there. He was friendly, patient, and even brought the order out to the car for us.
That kind of care and effort really stands out. Glen turned what could have been a rushed or stressful moment into a great experience. Customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Glen. You made our night.

Made an order waited 45 minutes then tried to call several times. Ultimately after no one answered and an hour and 20 minutes later went to location to find out. Was told they “tried” to call me, no they didn’t, showed them my phone log of me trying to call them 4 times waiting 5 minutes per try and 0 missed calls. I will NEVER spend my money here ever again.

Made a order on phone charged my card order didn’t come through and it was just a freak accident and they took no liability for their faulty actions waited a hour drove to store and no questions answered went home waited and again told some BS about how they have no record of my purchase but took my money and now my family and I are having to go pick something up after waiting a hour. This is the second time this has happened. Which sucks since the is the only pizza place near us and they have no damn accountability. Sad. Manager sounds like a little kid that can’t take care of customers. Complete joke and a waste of my damn time.
