The worst experience I’ve ever had at any Which Wich I’ve frequented. There was one person working and she didn’t even speak English, resulting in having to download a translator app JUST to get her to understand what order we were there picking up, which is fine, just a little bit of a delay while trying to get serviced. However, we live over 20 minutes away, and did not realize until we got home that E V E R Y T H I N G in our order was incorrect. ALL XL SANDWICHES (Avg $20/sandwich for 4 = $80) HAD MISSING INGREDIENTS. We basically paid for VEGGIE SANDWICHES, and even the requested veggies on those sandwiches were incorrect!!! Granted, understandable because how can you have someone who doesn’t understand English properly accommodate an order submitted in the written English language?? Not a single other person in sight who could even help the poor woman translate so this is not on her, but on the business that isn’t implementing methods to ensure there is a proper method of translation to ensure customer satisfaction and employee efficiency in work output. I called, and got no answer 4x, then e-mailed whoever is on the website, so we’ll see if this gets resolved and justice is served. I feel absolutely robbed and don’t feel like anyone should be this disappointed when spending hard earned money in today’s day and age to be ROBBED. That is theft if selling something for a set price in a promise to deliver and absolutely FAIL TO DELIVER IT AND FAIL TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. Do not order here if you value yours and the family/friends you’re feeding’s peace and happiness. Lol.

I should have read the reviews before coming here. The only employee in the store could not speak English. We asked her a couple times to not put tomatoes on both of our sandwiches. She did anyway. She charged separately for every item instead of making it a meal so we got overcharged. After we already ordered, another employee came in this was a young guy. The lady who helped us left. The young guy never came out of the back so I was not able to get the sandwiches corrected.

I’ve tried several times to like this place, but every time, dissatisfaction. I’ve been in across different hours and each time there is only a SINGULAR employee working the line and register. Rarely english speaking employees as well, but I was able to order correctly each time. Today however was the final straw. I asked to double toast the sandwich, and was promptly handed a phone with a translator app pulled up. Really??? I understand keeping the people around the area employeed, but this is a line too far. There has to be some sort of minimum communication standard here, and that is NOT the way to execute it. The restaurant smelled of sewage as well… I will not be coming back here every again and steering all I know well clear. Sorry WhichWich, but this ain’t it chief…

Single employee working who wasn’t in uniform and didn’t speak English. She had 5 sandwiches to make and it took her 20mins to finish those 5 sandwiches. Which wich is ok food but the services have become unbearable at this point and the prices have always been outrageous. I spent $18 for a large sub drinks and chips. I could have gone to a restaurant for that price. I could have gotten double meat at subways with chips and a drink for $14. I keep giving this place a chance but it’s always a disappointment.

Server had a severe lack of emotion to where it felt awkward to ask for anything. She very apparently didn’t speak much English. I asked a few times for a banana shake, and I got only a head nod. I pay the full price for said banana shake and guess what… NO BANANA SHAKE. And, the cherry on top, MY SANDWICH WAS WRONG.

When you spent 40$ for 2 sandwiches and a cup of French fries you expect your meal to be decent. If making a sandwich was considered an art, then these employees definitely took more of an abstract approach when making our sandwiches. They were an absolute mess and had the smallest amount of soggy meat shoved in into the seam if the sandwich. This is how my sandwich looked upon opening it. Not exactly what you expect from a nearly 20$ sandwich. The fries were freshly made because they forgot to give them to us all together, but they must have been from the end of the bag as the pieces were all tiny! We will definitely not be returning to any which which locations after our experience here. Might as well use that 40$ and eat a better restaurant.

We ordered twice on door dash and then ended up having to go into the store. I ordered the thank you turkey sandwich which is turkey, cranberry sauce and stuffing. The sandwich came with no stuffing but they added peanut butter. Why? We reordered and the same thing. Tried calling the store. No answer so my husband went into the store and there is only one employee working who speaks absolutely no English whatsoever and couldn’t help at all because she didn’t know what he was saying. Absolutely ridiculous for what you pay. Do NOT eat here. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

A review from someone else 2 months ago basically had the same issue with only one employee who spoke no English. The company’s response was that they’ll address it. Apparently not. That was 2 months ago and completely unacceptable. What a joke.

This location has been hit or miss in the past, but since they hired Isaac, the quality of sandwiches has improved immensely. Not only does he make a quality sandwich with good ratios, but he’s extremely kind and friendly. Great job!

DO NOT GO HERE! This location is horrible! The district manager reached out to me about a missing order I called about and was ignored for 5 minutes before getting hung up on. HE reached out to me! Not the other way around. He told me that the service was unacceptable and that I would be refunded. I never was. Even after contacting them AGAIN about it.
