Villa Mulino was an amazing experience. The atmosphere is elegant but still comfortable — perfect for a date night or upscale dinner. The pasta is made in-house and you can absolutely taste the difference — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can tell they focus on quality ingredients and attention to detail.
Great wine selection, beautiful presentation, and excellent service. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.

I wish I could award this restaurant more than five stars. Everything here was perfection from start to finish. The service was excellent, the food was even better, and the atmosphere is great! We loved every bite we had. We’re still talking about a days later. This is a little gem, I definitely recommend checking this out!

I’m pretty sure I’ve been to this establishment when it was something else. I was not a fan of my meal, very salty, I thought it was just me, but the other person I was with tried it & felt the same. It’s a bit of a drive, so I don’t think I would go back. Other people I know really love the food though.

Even though we have known about Villa Mulino since it opened, the menu never really inspired us to try it. We tried it yesterday and while the menu did have a few more items on it, it fell flat on expectations. Due to the fact that it is constantly packed, I’m sure we’re the minority in our opinions that the food was, well, like going to a wedding. Not very inspiring, executed well enough, but not elevated, and entirely too heavy and salty. We started out with special salad that sounded light, but it was drenched in a heavy salad dressing. The squash blossoms were tasty, but thrown on arugula and cherry tomatoes with balsamic. I had the pork chop, the meat was a bit too ‘aged’ for my liking. It sat on a risotto right out of the 90’s with lots of heavy cream and gorgonzola. On top was a (huge scoop of) Sicilian black olive tapenade that just gave the dish an off flavor of briny salt. There also was a cube of pork belly. Executed well, but there was no reprieve from heaviness on the plate. I understand it’s a winter menu but we don’t have to eat like that to survive. The halibut was cooked well and paired with tricolor baby carrots and a purple puree.. wedding food. It was good but we’ll stick to restaurants that care more about cleaner food that tastes good without all the salt. (and there are plenty in the area)

I never leave disappointed. Villa by far is one of my top 3 favorite restaurants to exist.

The octopus and lamb chops were the best we ever had! The food is incredible and our waitress Brooke was an absolute sweetheart. Regarding atmosphere, it was very loud. There were 2 obnoxiously loud females at the bar that spoiled our visit. Next time, we will request the dining room.

Food and drinks were great! However, we did not have an actual server for the entirety of our visit. We seemingly had the manger or owner taking care of us. I was extremely excited to try Villa Mulino but was quite dissatisfied with the service. We had to wait about 10 minutes before receiving water, all tables around us also had carafes that were seemingly given to them, which we never received either. By the time we were able to give our orders we had been looking at the menus for 20 minutes. I would have preferred an actual server as well because it seemed like everybody around us had one, besides us, and I did not want to leave a tip for a manager who makes salary. Although I did, I would have rather left money for a server who actually waited on us and deserved the money. I understand that it is valentines weekend but you would think for such a seemingly high quality restaurant that there would’ve been better wait times and overall service :/

Extraordinary! A must go to spot. The service was great, George did a wonderful job with his recommendations, the espresso martini was delicious. My husband had the bolognese and I got the shrimp flatbread. 10/10, we also got the cheesecake for dessert. Can’t go wrong with anything here. Highly recommend this cute spot, we will definitely be back.
