We found this hidden gem while in the area and decided to give it a try. We came in around 4:30 PM and had the place to ourselves. We ordered five dishes, Chicken Fried Rice, Black Pepper Short Ribs, Mongolian Chicken, and a garlic vegetable dish and a small wonton soup. Everything was flavorful and cooked well, not too greasy, except the short ribs which was just a tad oily.

The food was excellent overall, fresh and full of flavor. We’ll definitely come back when we’re in the area again. I’m giving it 4.5 stars, taking a half point off for the location and atmosphere. The area looks a bit dated and the interior could use some updating, but that doesn’t take away from the quality of the food or the friendly service.

If you care more about great food than fancy decor, this place is worth checking out.

If you come in the evening, it’s the building behind the bright coffee stand.

Their specialty chicken is definitely worth a try. It must be preordered. The chicken is tender and flavorful. Other dishes from the hometown section are also very good.

Outstanding Cantonese food! We would never have known about this place had it not been recommended to us. Very unassuming from the outside – don’t let that fool you! It’s very spacious inside, very simple decor, but the food – oh, man, the food is unbelievable. Every single dish we tried was amazing. Service was extremely efficient and friendly. And you know it’s a great place when most of the patrons are Chinese. I will definitely go back for more!

We stopped by this restaurant in the way home. It seemed like it was located in the middle of nowhere. The building looked like it was a residential home that was transformed into a restaurant. Don’t let that fool you though, the food here is pretty authentic and super tasty. The person serving us, was super friendly and nice. We ordered a few dishes to share. One dish that I haven’t tried before was the white paper pig stomach soup. The broth was surprisingly very good. We also ordered cauliflower with Chinese sausage and beef chow fun. Everything I had was good and it was worth the drive out there.

Everything was delicious, bathrooms are really clean, the service was good, the way they designed the inside is so cute! Beef chow fun is my childhood and it tasted delicious! We are not from here i highly recommend this place if you want to try authentic cantonese dishes 🙂

It tastes like a neighborhood restaurants during my childhood in China. Their dishes are tasty but also very oily.

Love the chicken! Super juicy and tender! The meat on the bottom is too oily for me though. The sweet and sour fried eggs are really tasty! Also too heavy for me to finish a whole egg since I don’t usually like fried food. The eel rice is amazing! Also oily but very flavorful.

And their dishes are huge! In summary, food is very good, and I feel amazed on every first bite, although everything is too oily for me after several bites haha

Nice restaurant with Cantonese style dishes. We went on a rainy Saturday noon and the restaurant was very empty. The eel rice is their specialty and tasted unique. Fried chicken wings were juicy. Overall good dishes

Walked in to order. They took my order quickly, and the food came out fast as well.
Got home and opened up 3 containers of the most disappointing Chinese food we have ever had. Sweet and sour chicken had no flavor and was soggy, General Tso’s chicken was the same, no flavor and soggy, and the chicken chow main was just ok.
I don’t know if the cook was having an off day, but we went be going back to find out.

Authentic Chinese food.
Yellow Eel Rice is great pricey but worth it.
Chef’s Special Chicken requires pre order.
They also have Chinese soup off the menu, and ask the waiter for more details.
